Quick delivery of the replacement leads for my Yard-o-led pencil.

I contacted Alex at YOL and he explained the options available to fix a loose grand rollerball pen cap.He also advised me of the best options regarding unwanted initials engraved on the existing cap.
I sent the pen and requested a new cap.
The pen was returned within the week and I am very pleased with the workmanship and fit of the new cap.

Great and friendly service with pens that are to die for - what’s not to love…….

A few years ago, the Japanese distributor withdrew from the market, and it became very difficult to obtain 1.18mm refill leads for Yard-O-Led pencils in Japan. Even the largest stationery store in Tokyo, Ito-Ya Ginza, told me that they often receive inquiries about Yard-O-Led refills but do not know how customers can obtain them.

I therefore contacted the Yard-O-Led UK website directly. Although I am not a native English speaker, the ordering process was simple and easy to understand. I also received prompt and reassuring updates regarding order confirmation and shipment status.

Today, about two weeks after placing my order, the refills arrived safely at my home in Tokyo via FedEx and Japan Post. The packaging was also very careful and professional.

Thanks to this excellent service, I now feel confident that I can continue using and enjoying Yard-O-Led products for many years to come.

Very professional, item arrived on time and perfectly packaged with all paperwork. The pen/pencil case was perfect, unfortunately my pen and pencil are extremely old, excellent quality and are yard o led pen and pencil from 1985 and were a little small to fit in so had to return .
