In terms of delivery time, my experience was very good. In just a week I had my pen at home. Thank you for that.
With respect to the performance of the pen itself, I don´t quite find it that good. The flow of ink is irregular and the writing experience not up to the level such an expensive and otherwise carefully crafted pen should deliver.
The pen, however is a true piece of art in its craftsmanship.
I´ll wait to see if what is most important, that is its writing performance gets better. Otherwise I´ll see whether I return it or not.

Very helpful service at their new boutique near Piccadilly. This is a great business with top class and unique products - made in the UK.

Ink is not flowing. Tip does not feel smooth. Inconsistent ink flow.

Ordering from Mexico (when the packages goes through the US is extremely expensive). The USA is now charging unreasonable amounts of importing fees. It was approximately 40% more of fees.

Easy to navigate website with quick ordering. Delivery was within a couple of days. Pencil refills were intact as well packaged.

Rudy took the time to talk through the options, designs and brand heritage. A lovey brand, with the added bonus of knowing the stunning pen I chose was made by hand in Birmingham.
