I inherited a 65 year old yard o led pencil recently and after speaking to Yard O Led, they talked me through how to use the pencil and then sold me what I needed to be able to use it. The led arrived as expected and I am now using it daily.

I took a gamble on which refill to choose as mine was not in the picture. It was a present for my 40th in August 1991. Got the choice correct I am delighted to say. I use it every day and it still shines, with help from a magic blue cloth, as it did in ‘91.

These great writing instruments still need refills over time, and when my ballpoint pen needed a new refill, I went directly to the manufacturer and while these wonderful pens are made by craftspeople the supply of my refill was as quick as any online product supplier.

It wasn’t a purchase it was a repair for a leaking nib on a very old ‘Pocket’ fountain pen. The assessment was carried out quickly, a price agreed and the pen posted within 3 days. Not only repaired but cleaned beautifully so it looks brand new again. Thanks to Y-o - L

A very quick and user friendly experience. The repairs consisted of a new propelling pencil tube section being fitted and the price for this was very reasonable. It was all done within a week with return via Royal Mail special delivery included in the price. Excellent service.
