Product is excellent. The back office aspects of shipping and payment verification could be improved - several times my shipment was severely delayed because of communication issues. The company always got things settled, but the subscription model needs a little fine tuning.

There was more than 90 days between the shipments. So did not have supply for a few days. Which I’m sure can’t be a good thing.

They shipped the product earlier than expected without my authorization, even though I did not request another shipment for the following month. I contacted them several times by email and asked to return the product, but they refused to accept the return. This happened repeatedly despite my attempts to resolve the issue. In my experience, this practice feels misleading and unfair to customers.

I wanted to share my experience with XYON Hair. I’m thinning at the crown, but I still have quite a bit of hair in that area. One of my biggest issues with the gel is that it seems to stick to my hair rather than actually reaching my scalp, which makes me question how much of the product is being properly applied.

I completed the online assessment, but I never actually spoke with a physician or anyone who could explain the treatment, discuss my hair loss, or recommend what would be best for me. The product simply showed up, and I was charged around $300.

For something at this price point involving prescription hair-loss treatment, I expected much better communication and support. I also found it surprising that the minoxidil component appears to be a relatively low dose, but again, there was nobody available to discuss why this particular formulation was selected for me.

I’ve also had difficulty finding many reviews from people showing their results after three months or longer, which would have been helpful before committing to the treatment.

The company and product appear legitimate, but based on my experience, I personally would not recommend XYON. When you’re paying this much for a hair-loss treatment, I think there should be an opportunity to actually speak with a physician or knowledgeable professional about your treatment, expectations, application, and progress—not simply complete an online assessment and have a product arrive at your door.

Customer service is prompt but I don’t like that you can’t ever talk to someone live. It makes addressing concerns or problems kind of a hassle and sometimes you misunderstood. If it was somebody you were talking to I think we save everybody a lot of time to be more efficient.

They are asking for reviews within 5 hours of delivery. I haven't used any of their product yet. I guess most merchants ask for reviews that early because they're worried they may not get a good review later on. However, if you talk about XYON, their packaging is good, but their products are too expensive compared to others. I can always revisit this review and offer a revision if their products are good.

Packaging was excellent. Instructions and product description great. Have started using the product. Will give review on the efficacy of the product after 90 days.

Quick and easy service to refill my prescription when I ran out.

Prescription arrived in bottle that was half filled . After being charged $ 202 this was a major disappointment. Will send photos next to substantiate . Jack Paratore

The medication works for those who comply with the dosing regimen. First class service. Expensive in the long-term.

I had a hair transplant done in Turkey in 2014, and after many years I felt I needed an upgrade without having to go back to Turkey again. XYON was a great option, and I can honestly say the product works.

The hard part is choosing the right formula that works best for each person. Personally, I didn’t really like the gel because it feels sticky and it is difficult to apply properly to the scalp, especially if you have longer hair.

I wish XYON offered international shipping, as well as a live one-on-one consultation option. The support team was helpful, but they did not really answer my questions regarding product selection. I wanted to change from the gel to a serum or possibly a different mix, but I wasn’t sure which option would work best for me.

Overall, the product is great, but better guidance on choosing the right formula would make the experience much better.
