Overall faultless experience dealing with Adam, very good communication and answered all questions I had honestly and quickly, when I asked if the watch was keeping good time, he had it on the timegrapher within 20 minutes and a clear picture was received.

There was a slight delay to the initial dispatch off the watch (only a couple of days), but Adam was very clear with his communications on why this happened.
