He wasted my time. I do not recommend him at all. Totally unprofessional. He sells watches, lies, and claims he made a mistake—saying the bracelet was actually larger—only to say the next day that the deal is off, even though we had an agreement

Before you travelled to our showroom, we messaged you to explain that the bracelet on the watch would not fit the recipients wrist as supplied. As you had contacted us and said you required the watch the following day, we were transparent that we would look into the possibility of additional links and whether they could be sourced in time- we could not guarantee this would be possible, due to their short supply. despite this, you still wanted to come to our showroom and see the watch, which is no problem at all.
during your visit and while awaiting to hear back about additional links, we took the time to show you several alternative watches that matched your requirements in face size and bracelet size, in an effort to help you find another suitable option.
While we were waiting for a response, the watch was purchased through our website by another customer. As an independent business with a single example of each pre-owned watch, once a watch has been sold it is no longer available.Importantly, no payment or deposit had been taken to reserve the watch, which is the only way we are able to hold any of our stock back.
We understand that this was disappointing and not the outcome you were hoping for, but we completely reject the suggestion that we acted dishonestly or unprofessionally. Throughout the process we were transparent about the bracelet sizing, kept you informed, and did our best to assist. We are proud of the reputation we have built for honesty, transparency and customer service, and our other reviews reflect the experience of the overwhelming majority of our customers.

Excellent customer service when buying my Tag Heuer Carrera which is in excellent condition as described. Ollie was really helpful and responsive to my queries, and the watch arrived the next day. I will look forward to my next purchase!

Where do I even begin? Olly was incredible from start to finish.
I was looking to purchase a watch for my partner’s birthday and, knowing very little about watches, I was understandably nervous - especially when it came to buying a Rolex. From our very first conversation, Olly guided me through the entire process with professionalism, expertise, and genuine support.
Not only did he source an incredible watch, but he actually found one that was even rarer and more special than the model I originally had my eye on. Throughout the journey, I felt completely informed, reassured, and supported.

A great experience!
It can be a real minefield when buying a pre-owned expensive watch and it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Ollie at the Watch Society. An absolute gentleman who knows his stuff and went out of his way to make my visit a pleasant one. I can't recommend the Watch Society enough.

If you want quality watches oliver is your man.i was not sure who you trust theses days but oliver answered all questions without problem or hesitation. Ordered the watch fantastic purchase @ 12.45 and the watche was with me 11am next day.
