Appalling experience in attempting to sign up
Appalling experience.
I tried to sign up after reading positive reviews on here, and I couldn’t even get past the first page of registration as I then received a notification saying
“Due to the restrictions of the regulator, we do not accept registrations of players based from your current location. If you’re using a proxy service or VPN, try turning it off and refreshing the page”.
I am based in the U.K. which seems to be within their jurisdiction.
I checked my iPhone settings and location services were switched on and I have no active VPN or proxy.
I wouldn’t mind but I hadn’t even reached the page to enter my address details!
I contacted customer support through live chat and I just kept being referred to the terms, which I had already checked, and there is no mention of U.K. customers being excluded.
I asked for a further explanation and was just told that I was unable to open an account, basically giving the impression that she didn’t actually give a sh*t and then said something along the lines of “we’re running around in circles and not getting anywhere” and she ended the live chat.
The irony is that I am an active member of their sister sites and have recently deposited with those sites etc, so I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for an explanation regarding this issue.
Very disappointing as I was really looking to becoming a member of this site and would have made regular deposits too.

Site has good features but it seems to just take money with no bonuses most I've won is 40 pounds but minimum withdrawal amount is 50 so had to try and get it up but it just took it back need to give it another little tester but not sure about it.
