No loyalty, winning is rare
I have played here for a long time. It used to be very fair with winnings and bonuses. Over time I have noticed free spins and bonuses are getting less and less. You might win a bonus but then it quickly goes with losing spins. You also might get a good win on bonus money, but as soon as it's wagered, losing spins again.
If you complain you get a spin on test your luck wheel. There's no guarantee of winning on that. Even if you do, you get £2 bonus money.
I'm a Gold VIP and it's just not good enough. I have always adhered to rules and have deposited a lot.
I have complained to the support email too, the reply was, there's no no deposit bonuses available as we need to keep it fair. But if you deposit there will be a surprise on your account .. I gave it a chance, nothing appeared, went on chat support, got given some free spins. Again, won a few pounds.
The loyalty you give to them is not given back. Deposits are quickly gone.
I know it's a game of chance etc. but it seems like it's going against you.
Chat help is friendly, and withdrawals (if you are lucky to get that far) are fast once verified.

Regardless of how much you deposit the VIP managers will find excuses not to issue a no deposit bonus. I was even told that they weren’t able to issue a bonus as the manager needed to pay vets bills for a sick cat! Ridiculous! Such a shame as otherwise a great site to use.

I have closed my account with Xtraspin…
I have closed my account with Xtraspin but not because anything was wrong, on 3 occasions I won the bonus games which is unheard of, at one point I had thousands off of a £20 deposit and the only reason I stepped away is because I was playing too much. If you are going to play a non gamstop casino then I would recommend this platform if you actually want a chance at winning anything, easy verification, I normally got same day withdrawal but I was a VIP but even so they seem to be very quick at processing withdrawals. I just tried another casino and it was rubbish in comparison and I doubt that anyone gets to moan about withdrawals.
