Server works without flawlesly. Support is helpful.

Was easy to setup and manage server with this site, my only issue isn't with the site but just the fact you cannot make a server that's online constantly without a place like this. xREALM is now my go to for all games such as these.

Da ich bisher keine Probleme hatte, hatte ich bisher nur mit einem Mitarbeiter von xrealm Kontakt, dieser war aber freundlich und hilfreich.

Rented a farming sim server from XRealm. At first I had a minor issue getting it to run (issue on my side) but their support is A+ and helped me to get it running very quickly. Server is running great and even with a bunch of friends on there performance doesn't degrade one bit. Highly recommended. I had tried GPortal before but wasn't satisfied with their performance

Not only were they fast at responding, they were very patient and walked me through all the setting to get it right when it comes to cross platform play with my friends. Great customer service!

je déconseille cette hébergeur le panel et très limité très limité tu ne peut quasiment rien faire sans avoir un FTP je déconseille au personne qui si connaisse pas bcp en dev qui sont comme moi qui veule juste joué avec des amis

My first experience with xRealm was with Dune Awakening. I started with another company but funcom had some bugs that required creative workarounds that they would not do. I would go entire days not being able to play on a service I paid for. I switched to xRealm and have been very happy after almost a year with them. Service is solid, support is top notch. I even recently used them again when I needed a server for Windrose. I cannot recommend them enough. If I had any negative concerns it would be that they do not offer discounts for paying for longer periods of time. I would be happy to prepay for 6mo or a year if it was an option.

As others have said, servers running on another host have been suffering major outages and extensive latency over the past couple months with things getting worse. Hearing good things about xREALM, moving the servers became an easy decision. Things have been going very well with an initial server move and the support has been top notch, responsive, and great to work with. Their ability to resolve issues and cordial communications are far above the abysmal support received from the previous host. Give xREALM a try yourself!

I was introduced to xRealm by playing on a friends Dune Awakening Server. The server has generally been solid as a rock, and when it hasn't, typically, it's been due to issues introduced by the game vendor as opposed to xRealm themselves - their responses to these issues have always been stellar, going above and beyond to get us back up and running. As a result, I ended up purchasing by Conan Exiles server from them which has been similarly, very very solid. This has been my experience for close to a year now.

Just to offer some Kudos to the XRealm Team. My friends and I, and what appears to be a number of other guilds, migratred over from GPortal where I can tell you the uptime/stability was atrocious. Servers being restarted 8-10 times a day, wouldn't connect to the Overland - you name it; it was a problem. Support operating on a pay-per-ticket basis is...pretty obnoxious considering how bad the service was to begin with. Who monetizes tickets on a unstable platform? Big yikes. As many complaints as I see here about XRealm (granted most of those are disgruntled/unaware people) it's light years beyond the experience offered by GPortal and some other providers.

Keep up the good work and continue to give both excellent support and a stable service. Every tech platform has hiccups now and then, it happens.

The fact they're listening to feedback about slow allocation times for maps in the Overland and actively seeking to improve the experience says a lot. Thanks again!

After the initial bot.. a real person logs into help assist. i've run 3 servers on Xrealms and everytime if there are any issues they assist and make things right. No point in usuing any other server provider.. Thanks Xrealms.

Any time I have had any question or need of adjustments, they are always quick and efficient. Not only that they are friendly and have always been consumer centric.

Employee was really nice, kind and amazing, took time to explain things to me and things he/she did not have too with me.
