Das "24/7" support gibts nicht (wusste nicht dass 24/7 "arbeitszeit vom 10-22 Uhr" heißt), server started nicht, 5 euro verpulvert, die bewertungen sind fake (sagt trustpilot auch)

“Instant” setup not so instant. Instantly crashed, no support to fix. So many better choices out there. Website also shows fake reviews

Achat d'un serveur pour fs 25 (formul L).
Après 12 heures sans assistance, j'ai trouvé la solution sur un forum extérieur. Une fois l'ouverture de celui-ci, la ram atteint la saturation (15go de ram).
Sur un autre hébergeur, je suis a 6 go de ram pour le double de fichier et je suis a 34% d'utilisation.

Finalement, après plusieurs mail est échanges, j'ai obtenu un remboursement sur la commande qui date de moins de 24h.

Disgraceful service, ordered a truly private Dune Awakening server, their description was a private world server you will not see anyone else, this is a truly private server, £299 per month, was told it would take about 3 or 4 days to activate, and I would get my dashboard a few days later, the dashboard was different to other private servers, I,e you can spawn in items, Solaris and other things, you can add items to the in game auction house and also edit your inventory weight, once I actually got onto the server and created my character it was just a normal server, NO dashboard was offered, I always got the same answer, it would be ready in a few days, NOTHING was provided what they advertised, I gave it till the end of the month then cancelled, be VERY wary about Xrealm.

Honestly terrible service. I would implore anyone who’s even considering to rent a server with Xrealm to check out discord or elsewhere. Servers shut down with no notice or explanation. The customer service is behind woeful. It’s a bot to begin with then if you manage to get a person between the 2 hours a day they seem to work they have no idea why things don’t work or ping is bad all they can suggest is to restart your server. So basically best I can suggest is take the plug out and put it back in. Every day the last 4 days I’ve had this server it’s been off between 2-12 hours each day.

So, first time using xRealm; got a private server for Dune Awakening and first had one on a competitor. Terrible experience.

Then switched to xRealm. Had the same technical issue, getting very frustrated...and Florian and some devs at xRealm got it handled and fixed. Florian was very helpful, very professional, and it was beyond satisfying that he could solve the issue that had plagued me for 2+ weeks.

Highly recommend xRealm for private server hosting after this experience; worlds better than their competitors.

xREALM has been absolutely amazing. They’ve had the best ping and stability out of the other competitors. I currently have 1 Private Dune Server and co-run 1 Private Dune World. Our EU players on the private world have said it runs as smooth as butter. When ever we need something or help with our private world their amazing staff is always there to lend a hand. A+ customer service and support. They also have an amazing moderator always there to answer questions and concerns.

I wanted to order a Dune Awakening server because they are advertising 2400 trustpilot reviews on their site with 4.3 stars but after looking it seems fake. But even looking into other places there are no 2400 reviews at all. Its scam, don't buy anything from them.

Absolutely excellent customer service. I was able to refund two separate server rentals and they didn't make it difficult whatsoever. They just provided service. A rare and nice exception to other providers that usually give mediocre service.

My XRealm Dune Awakened server has the best ping and stability out of its two other competitors. They have competitive pricing, which lands in the center of the three. The lowest and highest priced servers cannot match XRealm's connection speed and stability.

Ultimately, for their price to be right in the middle, and with their server's performance levels, I think XRealm priced their servers right on spot.

Note: I had a few questions to ask the staff, and they answered them in less than an hour.

there support dont know what they are talking about and can not anwser simple question about the game servers that they are hosting and they will lie to you ex. after i cancled my subscription to a server i wanted to delete my payment info but there is not way to do that and when i asked them about it they said its already gone when i cancel but its obviously not because if you click activate again it dosent ask you for any payment info so its stilled saved on there side

scam site, used to be pocketapp. Don't use them avoid at all cost even bisect would be a better choice. Fake reviews on their page and everything.

First of all id like to give a 10/10 for the services and experience i had with the company.

I had issue with the config of a server file "game Coreborn" and since the Dev and the game shutdown i had no where to find any info on how to setup a server of my own.

But despite i was asking how to config the server for my own personal use and not using the company PocketHost now named xrealm server, they still helped me to configure the server and even test the connection to ensure it was reachable.

I recommend this company for the quick response under 1 hour and fix my problem even if it was not hosted on there server.

PocketHost is the worst minecraft server hosting ever. We had bought the Firstly, the chat support is absolutely horrendous, they took days to reply and their reply wasn't answering questions I asked. Apparently, we had bought the legacy version despite never being told on the app that there was a newer version. The server was terrible, they claimed to have an Asia server but our ping was 200+ from Singapore. Not to mention, nearly everyone encountered connection issues when logging in, disconnecting every few seconds. Now the UI, it's absolutely horrible, your access to files was limited, you couldn't edit the server properties and could only use the dumb limited UI they provide. You couldn't choose whether you want a Fabric, or Paper server etc and was forced into using their limited paper plugins. Starting and stopping the server took more than 2 minutes each time. After just a week, we immediately switched hosts. Even then, exporting the server through this dumb host was difficult.

TLDR; DO NOT USE POCKETHOST, IT'S A SCAM!

I accidentally updated my app and my server and tokens just vanished so I open a ticket and I a worker from work pockethost named michi helped me and deleted the problem from the world. you have to give him a salary increase.
