worst experience with xm. Firstly withdrawal process is very very slow and worst in whole industry. lastly when i got the withdrawal in my bank account, it was kept on hold by Cyber Crime Department due to digital arrest and a digital complaint was filed against me.

Everyday I woke up in a hope that today i will get my fund but everyday they disappoint from more than a week and after watching so much negative review i m losing hope from this broker and also Trustability i think we should show real face of xm in social media and YouTube trading community where there are thousand of active xm member. If they scam such middle class people they must lose 20000-30000 active xm member.

I have undeniable proof, including chat logs where your representatives explicitly confirmed my deposit and stated, "We have verified your documents and we are crediting your account."

Zero customer service xm blocked my profit and disabled my account claming i was using bonus to arbitrage i don’t even nnow what that means

I always use skrill and Neteller to deposit into my trading account. Now XM removed everything and left me with only bank card method with is a problem in my country banks with XM

I made a payment of INR 15,000 to my XM trading account (Account ID: 430253997) on 24 April 2026 through Google Pay. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, but the amount has still not been credited to my XM wallet even after 48+ hours.

Transaction reference ending with: 8991

I have already contacted XM support and shared the payment proof and details, but I have not received a proper resolution yet.

Please help verify this transaction and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Very disappointed with XM broker. My stop loss (only $4 risk) was not executed, and the price went far beyond it, causing a full margin call and wiping my account. There was no major news at that moment, yet support simply blamed “market conditions” and refused to take responsibility. I expected better protection and fairness from a broker. Not recommended.

XM Global is withholding my funds with no clear justification

I am sharing my experience to warn others about serious issues I faced with XM Global.

My account has been under review for an extended period, and my withdrawal has not been processed despite full compliance with all requirements.

I have submitted all requested documents, including a stamped bank statement, and followed every instruction given by XM Global. However, the situation remains unresolved.

Key concerns:

My withdrawal requests have been repeatedly delayed or rejected without a clear explanation
No meaningful response has been provided despite multiple follow-ups
I am only receiving generic replies stating that my case is “under investigation”
No timeline or resolution has been given

This level of delay and lack of transparency is extremely concerning when client funds are involved.

What makes this situation worse is that:

XM Global accepted my deposit without issue
But is now restricting access to my funds
Without providing a clear and justified reason

This behavior raises serious concerns about how client funds are handled.

For full transparency, I have already escalated this issue to:

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission
Financial Services Commission Belize
Financial Commission

All supporting documents have been submitted.

⚠️ As of now, the issue is still unresolved.

My case remains unresolved.

Since my previous updates, I have continued to cooperate with all requests made by XM, including providing additional documents and verification information.

The withdrawal process has changed multiple times. I was first asked to provide bank account documentation, which was reviewed. Later, I was instructed to use alternative withdrawal methods. After following those instructions, my withdrawal request was again rejected.

I have also received requests related to account verification and cryptocurrency wallet documentation. Despite my cooperation, I still have not received a clear resolution regarding the return of my remaining funds.

My primary concern is no longer the trading account itself, but obtaining a clear answer regarding:

• The status of my remaining balance.
• The withdrawal method that will be used.
• The expected timeframe for resolution.

I continue to communicate with XM and the relevant authorities and will update this review based on actual progress and documented outcomes.

I had made a deposit of Rs 8000, on 13th of april through online bvank transfer but havent recived the funds even in 1-3 business days and its been 5 days since. The response even after submitting requests and mailing are dissappointing, i need a real person to connect to regarding my issues rather than a llive chat bot. The service is absolutely disspointing. The deposits need to be credited to my XM account as soon as possible or i will be filing an report in my nearest police station.

I am very disappointed with the withdrawal process. My account number is 88848253. I was informed that my account was suspended and that I needed to submit documents to withdraw my remaining balance. I submitted all the required documents and later received confirmation that everything was approved.

After that, I requested a withdrawal of 1141.70 through cryptocurrency. It has now been more than 24 hours, and I still have not received the funds in my crypto wallet.

I have already contacted support but have not received a proper update yet. This delay is very frustrating, especially after completing all verification requirements. I hope the company resolves this issue as soon as possible.
