I have been using this app for a while now and I have never had an instance where I had to text them or call them regarding any foul play. I traded a card Just early hours of yesterday and sent it to my bank. What happened along the way, not even the customer care knows. The money never reflected as I write this review, I’m still even Hopeful that I will see the money soon. It’s already over 24 hours. I have waited patiently but my patience has run out. I traded the card for my friend since Ive traded my own cards before and nothing happened. It just had to be like this with someone else’s money. I literally have to be explaining myself over and over again. Like I kept the money somewhere and the customer service agent just keep telling me to wait. Man, this bs is tiring.

Criminals , they redeem card and don't pay , they are not reliable

This website is a scam website used to launder money stolen from hardworking Americans.

This so called xiongteam are scam don’t trade with them for your sanity,they’ll take your card and tell you it has been used by someone else and mind you,you might get successful trade the first time but it’s bait once you trade a large amount with them they’ll take your card and tell you it has been used by someone else

Don’t trade with them if you don’t want to lose your money they’ll take your card and tell you it has been used by someone else this is what they do now

They just scammed me of 500$ and lied that it was a used card be aware of this web guys they are stealing peoples money

Don't you ever trade with xiong team they are scammer, they took my $500 and said the card can't be use online unless offline and taking to offline it shows they have redeemed it already. They will put code and when you trade they will tell you the card in at risk and can't be use. If you don't want to lose your money don't trade with them

For your own sanity don’t trade with Xiong team

I’ve been using you guys and you guys have been doing well.. now I traded today and I placed a withdrawal.. it says done and I was never credited… please what is the problem

I was defrauded by this platform yesterday,they stole my 200$ Apple Card..I posted 200$ Apple gift card and was credited 40$…I posted the 200$ Apple Card with receipt

They have gained the trust of people and now they have started scamming.I traded €steam cards with them yesterday and they said invalid codes and I tried same cards with them today and their response was “card already redeemed by another person” Avoid them for your own good

This people are a big scam after trading Apple Card with them they will change rate and give you any rate or price they wish then delay your money for hours !!

Scam platform, they don’t even deserve a 1 star. They will hold your money for as long as they wish, don’t ever trade with them because they are scammers

This people are not anywhere to rate, not even 3 stars. U won’t get your money for more than 10 hours and u will get no positive help from customer service.

They are scammers, I sold a giftcard to them and I'm yet to receive my money, it's about 3hrs now and no customer service isn't responding to my messages 😭
