I have still not received my package, despite placing my order on Tuesday, 15th September. It’s very frustrating, especially as I have a subscription with the company and have generally been familiar with their service.

I would expect a more reliable delivery service, particularly for a subscription customer. I hope this can be resolved quickly and that future orders arrive within the expected timeframe.

It’s been a week now and still no delivery, emailed several times and no communication in return, I’ve bought from Xbrain several times but this has been ridiculous

It has been 7 days since Xbrain has received (and aknowledged) my order. No updates, very, very poor service.

Not received any goods I ordered and paid for no communication whatsoever

Didn't receive my order for 3 weeks, the customer service not answering on emails, and Facebook messages. Will try to get refund. Rubbish seller.

My subscriptions haven't arrived for 3 months. The orders all say processing but nothing arrives

My least repeat order was processed but not dispatched, neither did it arrive. I have emailed two different xbrain accounts and am yet to hear back.

Appalling. Order paid for on the 1st May (it is now the 30th). No delivery and no responses to my 3 emails to their support address to chase up whereabout.

I made an order on 28.04.2026 still not received it 3 weeks later ive sent 4 emails still no replies there is no phone number to call the item i ordered was £44 i feel that i have been scammed

XBrain has been a great addition to my daily routine. I’m in my mid-40s, and I noticed I was forgetting small things more often. Since taking this supplement, my memory feels much stronger, and I’m able to concentrate better. It’s especially helpful for men over 40 who want to stay mentally active and productive.

Ordered, never dispatched

This company charged me for two subscription items without sending the items. I have sent emails to them asking for a refund or the items without sending no response. This isn’t the first time either. I will not use this company again.

There appeared to be some blue leakage in the packaging (?moisture) which I checked out with the company, however they did not respond. Delivery was prompt and I assume that the quality is not affected.

Customer Service at Xbrain is non-existent. They never reply to emails and there’s no other way of contacting them.

The Troscriptions products are fantastic but I can’t understand why a company as good as Troscriptions has chosen such a TERRIBLE UK distributor.

In the time frame I have been using the product, I have noticed an optimistic increase in my memory and energy levels. This excites me!!!! Glad I found you!!!!

Ho recentemente fatto una recensione negativa per il servizio perché gli articoli da me acquistati sembrava non arrivassero più e non mi veniva data nessuna informazione. Alla fine ho ricevuto tutto e devo dire che il prodotto è veramente ottimo. Sono molto più attivo, più attento mi sento veramente bene, mi sento di consigliarlo. Dovrebbero essere più veloci nelle consegne e soprattutto rispondere alle mail in caso di ritardi. Il prodotto di cui parlo è ilBRAINX
