Customer service was very patient with me despite ordering the wrong size twice and made it all seemless. They do not supply Package labels in Aus for returns but they fully rembersed for delivery fees. 10/10 Thankyou Wydr

I was excited to find your website. However, the shoes I ordered did not meet what I needed. I have been waiting for a return label since the beginning of January.
I hesitate to purchase anything else until this matter is dealt with. I have sent in all the information requested multiple times. While I receive all of your emails telling me about your sales and new merchandise I have yet to receive that return label. I ordered the shoes 12/29/2025. I received the 1/6/2026. I requested a return label 1/8/2026. It is now 1/27/2026.
Please take care of this. The return policy is 30 days. If this takes me past that time because I'm waiting on you then I will consider this website a sham by giving me invalid information.

I have been really happy with the fit and quality of Wydr shoes. I have bought more than five pairs over the past couple of years. The Sam penny loafers are probably my favorite, but I’m also really happy with the oxfords I recently bought. I can wear them all day at work, take walks during my break, and my feet don’t hurt afterwards. Shipping can feel like a long time, so I try to assume about two weeks. Customer service is responsive, and they seek out feedback. I also like that they have styles which feel current but aren’t exact replicas of what every other shoe brand is selling. It’s hard to find cute shoes in a WW width, but Wydr has been a great option for me.

I’ve purchased four pairs of WYDR Studios shoes since discovering this brand. As a male, I typically have a difficult time finding Women’s shoes that fit comfortably—even so-called “Wide” width shoes. I was skeptical initially, but these shoes slipped onto my feet like they were made for me! The quality and craftsmanship is impressive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these shoes to anyone who needs or enjoys a true Wide width.

The shoes fit nicely. I had to walk to two blocks in them. They were comfortable and looked nice. I wish I ordered the patent leather Mary Jane shoes. I felt it took longer for shipping. I never received the free socks that supposed to come with my order.

I bought a mystery box and received a cute pair of ankle high boots, but learned the hard way the ankle part is not wide calf friendly. Customer service was responsive and worked with me on my actual measurements to find a replacement. Subsequent purchases of loafers and Mary Jane styles have been high quality and comfortable.

I ordered shoes that took over a week to ship. And then they never actually arrived. I had to ask multiple times to have my money refunded. No where does it state they are a Chinese company. All of their info makes it seems like they’re US based minus their very odd customer service hours.

Shipping took awhile but totally worth the wait! The shoes are well made, comfortable, and made me look great without looking like clown shoes just because they were larger. I can't say enough good things abouy thrse and look forward to buying my next pair. 10/10 ABSOLUTELY recommend‼️

i really love the shoes but they don't have a smaller size. i have to return, and it's taking too long for them to credit back my account.

I still think it’s somewhat deceitful that you have to search to realize only exchanges are allowed if a promo is used. The items I ordered were only 10% off and not some mega sale. Hopefully this point will be made more prominent in the future.

However, after seeing my initial review , customer service did agree to a full refund (minus shipping).

Customer service always replied to emails within 24 hours or less and were courteous.

I had such exceptional customer service - a rare thing these days. The shoes are a beautiful quality and I’d be happy to recommend this company.

I’ve been really impressed with Wydr Studios shoes. They’re clearly designed with real feet in mind — comfortable from the first wear, supportive, and actually roomy without looking bulky. Shoes are much different from the size guide. Customer service is just AI response and completely unhelpful. Was told I could recieve a return postage label but then they refused to provide it. They have received the shoes but did not provide a refund. Avoid this scam company.

Width is great - as I have slim feet, there is a lot of excess space and I would size down next time.

I used the sticky inserts provided to help the shoes fit better. Following the instructions and only sticking it down once, these did not attach properly and slide around when i wear them. Now my shoes are covered in sticky residue, which I havent been able to remove. Since it is sticky, i can only wear the shoes with socks now, and they are an open toe sandel style.

I am so happy to say that I have finally found a shoe that I love to wear. I have short wide feet and these fit me perfectly. From the day of purchase to the time of delivery WYDR kept me posted on the status of my purchase, they helped me with sizing I really felt important with this company.

I really love these shoes. Stylish, great quality and color and very comfortable. I have been recommending them to everyone I know with wider feetsies!

This was my first time ordering shoes from Wydr, and they fit perfectly and were so cute! I bought them for a wedding I was attending, and my feet didn't hurt all night which was great.

Firstly, I do love my boots. They're cute, the toe box is perfect, and they're relatively comfortable.

Shipping was great, and I really loved the packaging - it made this more of an experience, rather than just a transaction.

I do think changes could be made to provide more arch support, but for a day in the office or a quick lunch out these are wonderful.

I love the shoes I have ordered from Wydr. I normally buy a 11W from most stores, but with Wydr they are actually true wide widths and I can wear a 10W. I have 7 pairs and will be back for more. From flats to heels to boots they leave my feet feeling supported and comfortable all day.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One I loved and have kept and wear regularly. The second pair was way too large and I walked right out of them. The return process has been painful. They want pictures of the shoes on my feet and foot measurements to help with fit. I have yet to receive a return label. This has been a frustrating process and will not risk ordering again.
