I originally ordered a pair of shoes that didn't quite fit. Life got busy, and I missed the return window, but I reached out to the WYDR customer service team via email to see if anything could be done.

They were incredibly helpful and worked with me to exchange my shoes for a different pair- and the new boots I've received fit beautifully! The quality is excellent, and they're extremely comfortable.

The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the WYDR team. They were kind, respectful, and professional throughout. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and the products they provide.

I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit my feet and meet my orthotic needs. My feet are actually fairly small size 7, but I have fallen arches due to hyper mobility and so they are small but extremely wide. Almost every shoe I’ve tried that says it’s wide is not wide enough to fit my orthotics. I actually ordered a size 8 in the boots I ordered originally, and had to exchange them for a size 7. I was delighted that they were big enough to accommodate my orthotics and my extremely wide feet, but that they still fit the length of my foot and the smallness around my ankle. When I have had to order larger boots from different companies in the past to accommodate my feet and orthotics, I often found myself tripping over them. I also have extremely arthritic knuckles in my large toes and need extra room so that they are not being squeezed. These boots have literally been the answer to my prayers after two years of trying to find something that actually fits my foot. I also need leather boots as they fit and form to feet that have so many issues much better than synthetic materials. Finally, I want to get to the style. I care a great deal about style and fashion, and most orthotic shoes out there are just, to put it plainly, so ugly. The boots I ordered are SO stylish! I tend toward a punk look and the combat boots look amazing! I also found the customer service pretty great. When inquiring about exchanging shoes, their response was immediate. It did take a while to get the boots even with paying the extra delivery charge to get them here sooner, but my understanding is they come all the way from China so I have no issue with that. Just know if you’re ordering them, they do take a little while to get here, understandably

I appreciate being able to feel comfort straight out of the box. That’s rare for my wide feet, especially dressy shoes. I’m a 7.5W and struggle with shoes being wide enough! I ordered a 7WW Aria dressy low heel and it’s a perfect fit! I can’t wait to wear it out! I gave it a 4 because it’s still in the box. ;)

I was hesitant ordering from an online brand that I wasn't familiar with. However, the process for returns and refunds was better than expected. It took a little time but overall happy with the experience.
I have the Mary Jane's and LOVE them! They are stylish and comfortable. Excited for the sneakers I have coming in, will definitely order from here again.

+10 stars if it was available. Wydr studio shoes/boots are the most comfortable pair I have found in a while . I have very problematic feet and shoes that use to feel comfortable or fit no longer serve the purpose . I saw this brand on social media and decided to give a try - I am happy I did because they are super comfortable. I had given up on heels because I have all the “itis” in my feet , arthritis, Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis so that is what all the “itis” is smh . I
Have purchased several pair and continually looking on site for new styles . A must buy!! True to size but wide enough

I appreciate the variety of choices for wide feet. Definitely consider ordering a size down, especially if you are a half size. The boots are of pretty good quality, but the zippers on my boots really let them down. They are low quality and often stick.

I am a paralegal and frequently walk significant distances from parking to the Courthouse to attend hearings and trials in professional attire. Wydr shoes are the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn, and they are cute, too! Every time I wear the Aria Double Strap Pointy Toe Mary Janes in red, I receive so many compliments! I have now purchased a total of four pair of Wyder shoes, all as comfortable and cute as the last, and I will likely purchase so many more. I am now a loyal Wydr client!

I ordered the Darcy Pleated Platform Sandals (Almond) in size 8WW. The shoes are so comfy! The color leans more toward a peachy color than brown, but it's still so cute. They are very easy to walk in and have a good grip on the bottom.

I really love the shoes I got! They are comfy, supportive and well made! The only reason I docked a star is because the backs are very stiff and are probably going to require some break in. I also wish there were half sizes! I sized up so they weren’t tight but I’ll definitely need to wear big socks.

I love the idea of this website and fully support the quality of the shoes that I tried on. HOWEVER- Only order from the site if you are 100% confident you will not need to exchange for another size, (they run about 2 sizes smaller than other shops). The 2+ week shipping, delayed returns, out of stock, and non response on refunds has been horrible to deal with. I would love to see this shop be successful, but I will not be purchasing again due to the month-long ordeal I’ve had trying to get a pair of shoes that cost more than most other shops.

The customer service hours are from Sunday 5:00 PM to Friday 2:30 AM in Pacific Time (PST). Outside of this window, there will be no assistance whatsoever just an email bounce back.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Wyder because I have wide feet. I love the shoes I received however they were too large for me. I didn't see the warning you should order a size down from your normal size. I contacted them for a return and they were great about issuing a return and credit. I will try to purchase from them again, only the right size.

I recommend you give them a try.

I really appreciate the shoes I have purchased from Wydrstudios because they are very well-made shoes. You have to order a size below what you would normally wear, but they offer real support. They are not like Torrid or Avenue shoes because they are comfortable and made very well. My podiatrist actually likes them! I can’t wait for them to branch out into different styles. I’m just glad there is a company out there where I can always find my size!

The shoes were as advertised in fit and feel. I wore them all day and my feet were happy!

FINALLY found a shoe that fits correctly. I LOVE both of my purchases from Wydr Studios. They are well made and stylish. I also love the complimentary socks that come with each order. I highly recommend them for women with wide feet.

This is my second pair of Amber ski backs, first the black and now the pink..they’re both fabulous!
Buying shoes online can be a risk but WYDR really go the extra yard with measurements and information to make choosing the right size easy. And when they arrive they are so comfortable and just plain gorgeous! No trade off between style and comfort here…amber slingbacks provide genuine comfort and thoughtful design for us wide feet gals! I love that little inserts come with each pair to fully customise the fit too. Love them!!!

Customer service leaves so much to be desired.
I ordered two pairs based on the measurements posted for specific event approximately more than 6 weeks away. Initial shipping took forever, coming from China. I finally receive the shoes and they are way to big.
I reached out about a exchange. Slow response back, offering to help me find the right size. I do a better job of measuring and shared it with customer service, again emphasizing I needed these for a specific date.
They did not provide any guidance or support on the best size nor did they recognize my impending deadline. Return label slow to be sent. And it turns out, I have to send the shoes back and they inspect them before they will ship my exchange.
I ask to switch to a return so I can order the right size and still get them by the date needed. It was clear I wouldn’t get the exchange replacement in time.
I am told no, once an exchange is initated, it cannot be changed. Again, they make no mention of or acknowledge my upcoming need for these shoes.

Given this experience, I was absolutely not reordering. I went to the mall and found something that was good enough for what I needed.

I shipped my return 2-3 weeks ago. No word on if the return was received or an update on my exchange.

I’m praying the exchange shoes just magically appear on my doorstep.

This was my first time purchasing from WYDR. My new shoes are lovely, of good quality, and fit my wide feet well. They arrived in a timely fashion and were well-packed. It's nice to find cute dress shoes in women's wider widths.

I’ve had a pair of boots and now a pair of heels. The boots were the first ever pair of boots that I could take out of the box and zip up with no trouble. I literally cried trying them on. The heels were very comfortable. I wore them to Mardi Gras ball and was able to stand and dance the entire time!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Product was exactly as described and even better than expected. On top of that, customer service is stellar. I needed to exchange for a different size, and the help I got was incredible. Every email exchange was like a personal conversation. Instructions for exchange were clear and it was made very easy! Highly recommend WYDR, not only are they amazing, but they have shoes for very hard to find sized feet!

I have received two pairs of shoes from Wydr so far, and in both instances, I misjudged my size and had to make a return. Support was top notch, and the shoes are comfortable and cute. I have a wish list going as well. So happy to have found a brand that understands that all feet are not the same, and that accommodates a wider foot. A+++
