I would give it a minus if I could. Original order placed and was told after 10 days some items out of stock and to choose replacements. I did and another 10 days goes by I'm told THOSE items out of stock. What's the point? Finally just asked for refund but haven't seen it yet. My PayPal says the original order HBIIE01282841.2920 was refunded but only one item has been.

It is a challenge to complete a purchase due to site freezing when ordering on IPhone. But when I accidently ended up with an extra item your team quickly resolved the concern. We also wish you offered a low cost shipping fee for returns.

If I could give a 0 or a minus I would. Clothing looks stylish in catalog photos. Piece was to big, neckline was not as depicted in photos, fabric cheesy. Will not shop here again.

The tops didn’t look the same as the ones in the images. However, they are all fun! My sister likes hers. I have not heard back from my daughter. They are comfortable. I have received compliments when wearing them. It’s just they didn’t look like images. That kind of surprised me!

I needed to know more about the product…
I needed to know more about the product before ordering, speicifically the material the shirt was made of and the sizing metric. It's pretty but not cotton or a cotton blend and the medium is much too big. If I'd have known the material was some sort of nylon (???) I'd have looked for another top.
