Free of hassle bookings. No morning phone calls from consultants. Instead, bookings received on app. Real Zen experience for me. Consultants very friendly and helpful, genuinely interested in you, and in securing a long term placement.

Overall great flexible job. Good pay - £16 and hour.

I am generally happy with the service I have from Zen. However, I'd like to have a clear and transparent discussion regarding pay rates and margins so that I can feel assured that I'm being treated fairly. I often feel like I am doing Zen a favour by travelling further than I'm usually happy to and being offered a fiver compensation for driving almost 2 hours in addition to my working day. I strongly feel that supply staff should be compensated for overly long travel times, let alone fuel and wear and tear to vehicles. I am sure there is legislation that covers this.

Zen are understanding and fair. I appreciate the system where work appears as a message on the app. Wait too long though and it will be gone! However, it still gives you the opportunity to think about whether you want the job. I enjoyed my first day with them and I think they pay quite well.
