A folder of information about the school was provided, map, policies, photos of children in the classes that were big enough to recognise them, a phone in each classroom with a number for reception.

I’ve worked as a supply Primary teacher with Zen Educate for over five years now. It is my go-to agency due to their efficiency, competitive rates and high availability of work. But what makes Zen Educate better than other agencies I’ve worked with is their app. I get direct job requests and can accept or decline on the app, without the need to talk to an agent, or receiving early morning phone calls for last minute cover work. I can also update my calendar and availability so I am only receiving suitable jobs. It also means I know exactly which school, what year group and what rate I am expecting from the start. Zen Educate also makes the effort to find you long term work if that is something you wish and are constantly finding ways to improve through teacher feedback. Because of Zen I have built strong relationships with different schools in my local borough who are happy to request me back on a regular basis.

Zen Educate were very quick to sign me on and get my DBS started. They offer good course for Safe Guarding training.
I work doing Supply and have worked in a secondary school and a primary school, both fitting my preference. Since then Zen put me up for a Send School which totally fits my skill set.
Zen Educate also have a very clear pay system that is explained really well.
