Velmi špatná zkušenost se Zásilkovnou. I když jsem jim včas oznámil, že potřebuji změnit výdejní box, odmítli mi vyhovět. Nebyli ochotni prodloužit úložní dobu zásilky o více dní – výsledkem je, že jsem přišel o zásilku, která se vrátila odesílateli do zahraničí, a nemám ani balík, ani peníze. Naprosté selhání služby a nulová flexibilita. Nedoporučuji.

My Z-Box did not open
My Z-Box did not open. I called the customer service (which is pain itself you will talk to some AI until it finally connects with real human but it takes ridiculous amount of time). The lady told me that they will pick it up and send it to the nearest pick up point within 8 days. So i called again after a week or so and they told me a package was lost and that is it. I was furious because now i don't have the package, nor money. AVOID ZASILKOVNA AT ALL COST!!!

Empty box after opening with the code received from them. The operator was clearly not interested and all she could say its sorry, we are humans, we can make mistakes, but we can not compensate you in any way . Talk to your sender. Avoid this company.
Děsivá rychlost doručení
Dvakrát za sebou nechali podanou zásilku v boxu smrdět více než týden. ( Dvě různé zásilky v rozmezí cca dvou měsíců) A to "jen" týden proto, že jsem to urgoval. Naposledy byla podána do boxu 17.1. a vyzvednuta po urgenci až 28.1. jedná se o Cheb-Praha z boxu do boxu. Kdybych šel pěšky tak tu zásilku mám dříve. Již nikdy v životě zásilkovna!!!

absolute brain-dead people working at zasilkovna, sending me all kinds of messages at the same time: "it has arrived, here's your code", "it could not be delivered to your chosen place" mind that I did not choose that place. I thought Ceska Posta was bad - but these guys have proven to be way worse. 10 days to deliver a package from one Czech city to another czech city.

Otřesné!!! Přesměrování zásilky někam úplně do prdele bez předchozí komunikace. Zásilka označená jiným číslem tudíž jsem myslel ze ani není moje a málem nevyzvedl. Adresa doručení byla přitom jasně daná! Nikdy víc.. nikomu nedoporučuji!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience that keeps repeating
My parcels keep getting lost or delayed or sent places they weren't supposed to, customer support is either ai which is absolutely useless, human customer support specialists are just telling me to contact the sender and get a refund but it's very clear to me that company isn't willing to take accountability for their actions which is concerning and upsetting to say the least.
My most recent purchase was one of a kind piece of art that was likely stolen while in their custody and no actions has been taken even though I sent multiple emails stressing about how much this piece ment to me and that getting refund won't make it up for my loss. I highly recommend to stay as far away from Zásilkovna as possible no matter how handy and useful it might seem.

Horrible delivery company outside of Prague.
Home delivery never arrives to the home, literally has never out of 7 times this year arrived to the home but is sent to a village that takes 4 hours there and back home.
The support line no matter if its online or trying to call never responds, you will be on hold for hours ( currently on 2 hours 10 minutes. )
Ceska Posta is great compared to this.
Používám Zásilkovnu hlavně kvůli nižší…
Používám Zásilkovnu hlavně kvůli nižší ceně oproti klasickému kurýrovi. Většinou to fungovalo v pořádku. Ale poslední dva balíky přišly se zpožděním, jeden o tři dny, což mi zkomplikovalo plány.
Co mi vadilo: sledování zásilky ukazovalo jen ‘na cestě’, ale žádné další info. Když jsem psal na podporu, odpověď byla jen abych počkal.
Výdejní místa jsou snadno dostupná, to je určitě výhoda.
Osobně ale mám čím dál menší důvěru, že to vždy proběhne hladce. Použiju zas, ale jen pokud nebude jiná možnost.

Stay away from this company. They "lose" package and don't bother to communicate at all. Used to be reliable service but after company was sold it went downhill.

Packeta and Zásilkovna appear to be the same company. When I placed my order, it was completely unclear that the parcel would go to a pickup box instead of the home address I provided. There was zero communication to my phone about the delivery, and they only hold the parcel for 3 days — ridiculously short.
Trying to contact this low-cost company is a nightmare. Submitting a complaint is practically impossible — they send a verification code that never arrives. Doing anything online is just as bad, and I refuse to install yet another pointless delivery app just to get my parcel.
Absolutely not customer-friendly or user-friendly.

- lost package, no update for +10 days
- multiple emails to info@packeta, some 8-9 days later, I finally get autoreply saying: sorry, we're too busy, cannot get to your email, fill the form again 😲
- multiple calls to CS, another email telling me they will more delivery to another location, but 2 days later still nothing, I called them again and I was told: be patient, don't worry
I have used Packeta to send dozens of packages, but no more, because its enough to have 1, such horrible experience, to realize this is not a dependable service at all. I've also used Ceska Posta when I sold things online, sent +3000 items with them, and few were lost indeed, Ceska Posta/Balikovna is not amazing, but at least they have a clear procedure in place, with notifications, investigation number, when something goes wrong. Packeta/Zasilkovna seems to be a run by complete amateurs!
