The hair itself is of decent quality. It doesn't shed but is very stringy and thin. The tape adhesive isn't sticky at all. I've had the hair in for 2 days and pieces are constantly just sliding out. My hair was cleaned and straightened four days before installation. I think this isn't a good purchase for African American hair.

I have applied the tape in 18" sun-kissed extensions twice now on clients. They are an amazing product. My client is in love with them. They are an amazing match to her hair color.

Absolutely awful. £400 worth of extensions and over £30 to ship to the uk for 70% of the extensions to fall out of my head the first time I washed it. Had them refitted by my local salon with fresh tapes using their usual supplier and no problems at all, so definitely the tapes zala use that were the issue. Have had the hair in for 4 months and no matter how I care for them and brush them, they turn into basically one big dreadlock within minutes of brushing them, no matter what products I use, and are so frazzled and split ended they need replacing already, despite barely using heat on them. Absolutely stink (like wet dog) every time I wash them and for the first 3/4 washes dye absolutely pours from them and the chemical smell that comes from them on the first wash is horrific. I follow every single extension hair care tip and trick and use sulphate free shampoo and specific extension care products and still shocking results. Avoid at all costs, don't waste your money. would give 0 stars if I could.

The extensions are ok, I thought they were better quality. my hair stylist noticed black hair dye on her white jeans. While she was installing these. So they had been heavily dyed. They felt shiny after first wash. Second wash starting to look dull and dead. I need to return a set of 16 inch that still have a seal intact. Another thing the hair stylist did not like and mentioned to me was the lack of Warranty for the hair. The cost of returning the additional weft extensions is very pricey. They charge a restocking fee. Along with the cost of shipping they paid to send it to you, + you pay return shipping. So you will lose around 30-35 usd per order.

I paid over €160 for these extensions back in January for an event in February. I thought by purchasing them a month before I’d definitely have them in time but I’ve been following the tracking on the app they provide and after 2 months of shipping the were sent to Ireland and then sent back to Australia!! I’ve emailed the company several times and tried to ring them but I’ve gotten no reply €160 down the drain…

Would give a 0 if I could, brought this hair and applied it around 4 weeks ago (tapes) spent over 500 on it a week after buying it I wanted lighter panels at the front so got a 50g pack from a local supplier, I use very high end products, masks and serums and sleep with a silk pillow, the Zara hair is absolutely matted like chewing gum I will wash it out serum on and with in a hour it’s a matted mess ! Whilst the lighter front hair from another company is silk smooth as should be! I believe Zara hair is either mixed with synthetic or just badly processed! It’s not worth the money at all and I am extremely sad at how much money I have waisted! Please also keep in mind the hair was a brown which means it should have been in better condition then the lighter hair at the front! I have used extensions for years and this has been worse then even the cheaper hair suppliers I have used.

Brilliant extension!!!! I was a little nervous that the halo wouldn't give me the look and feel I was missing. BOY! was I soooo wrong. The halo is a amazing piece . Ater 4 years of taped extensions which I had removed 5 months ago due to the damage it was doing to my already thin hair,( and the cost of maintaining) I was really mising the thickness & length, the halo is Farking Brilliant and has made me so very happy! Ladies you need to get yourself a halo!!! You won't regret it. Super easy 15 sec to put on and the hair feels amazing! Colour match was pretty good, just a slight difference which is easily fixed, cause they can be dye..

I wanted to get some clip in hair extensions for my wedding, to give me volume (not length). I reached out about colour matching and when I got the first delivery, the colour wasn’t quite right but the return and exchange process was seamless. Their customer service is spot on. I recently got the tape-in Sunkissed extensions. I emailed in photos and their team matched me to the color they recommended. The waiting process was little longer, but I chose the free shipping, so it was expected. These are the best quality extensions I have purchased. I Would definitely recommend!
