I've been buying from zala for close to 10 years! I trust the brand. Also when I was color matched and it was slightly off the exchange process was a breeze. Took a minute to receive but the customer service in between the process and communication was excellent

Love the exentions best quality and comes with shampoo and conditioner to wash aswel it comes packaged very nicely and I would recommend to buy from them you won’t get disappointed as they look lovely on me && I love the wire one clip in exentions that I ordered 😍😍😘

Purchased the clip in volumiser one piece. I absolutely love it! It's perfect to fill out my thin hair. I am a red head and expected to have to dye my extensions but they look perfect! Very happy

I have been purchasing from Zala for about 5 years, I have purchased 20+ halo’s. Within the last year the Halo does not last longer than 4-6 weeks.

I do not use heat tools, I use heat-less curl rods, I do not use products and I do not over wash. They are insanely dry, tangley and horrible quality hair.

They obviously come coated in some sort of silicone so they feel nice but give it a couple weeks and you have to brush your hair every 2 hours and they still look dry and tangled.

I have told customer service but only get a generic response back. They continually sell sub-par hair.

I filmed a wedding recently and the bride was using a halo extension. She'd taken it to her hairdresser and had it coloured and it looked great. I decided to order one for myself as I had my hair accidentally chemically burned off by a reputable hairdresser a couple of years back, which has not grown back in places and I thought it may cheer me up to feel "girly" again. I picked Zala as they had the best reviews. I'm always very careful buying online, and review everything I buy religiously. I looked at the Halos, and they had 2 choices ... Remy hair or a Keratin piece. I contacted the chat advisor, who was helpful and suggested the Keratin halo
. She asked me to email photos through to get a perfect color match and it was decided I purchase Beach Blonde and have them toned. The halo arrived, great quality and packaged well. Looked amazing. Except the toning did not work! I contacted them via the chat service again
and stated what had happened and all I got was sorry, that's disappointing for you, and our Keratin hair cant be colored or toned..after being told it could by another customer chat advisor. I'd really checked and done my homework with them..They apologised and said the customer service person had given the wrong advice. They assured me someone would contact me to arrange a refund. I'm so disappointed as I'd checked and double checked with them before ordering. I'd also clicked on the link for the transcript of each conversation to be forwarded everytime I've contacted this company, and not received one. Be very careful what you purchase from Zala, as if it isn't right you may be left without a refund or assistance.

I love my new hair extensions
I initially bought the snickers pony tail and doing it really easy to put in and colour was great too.
I couldn’t stop at just one so I then bought the 5 piece clip in extensions and they are just perfect. I have thinner hair and the volume is perfect and they really sit in beautifully. The colour I got is too deck and it just blends in like it was my hair.
This is the first time I have ever bought hair extensions and I’m just totally over the moon on the quality and how easy they are to put on.
Customer service is amazing and I totally recommend them

Been a customer since 2019 and I absolutely love them! They are easy to install, I have the clip ins at two different lengths and a pony tail I absolutely love! Highly recommend, and cant wait for my tapes in to come in ! 🥰😍

can i say.. what a LIFE saver for my wedding. the thickness and volume it created for my hair. and the colour match is perfect.
i’ve already loved the pony extension but love the clip ins even more. The amount of volume it adds and not a single person suspects i’m ever wearing extensions.

I absolutely love these extensions so much!! I have had my 9 piece triple lace 20 inch champagne blonde extensions for almost 2 years. I dyed them fire red when I first got them and proceeded to dye them red every 12 weeks for a year and a half. I recently dyed my hair black and I dyed my extensions to match! They are still in such perfect condition (I do take care of them, brush them out every day and put them in a safe place) I love them so much!!!!

I ordered 2 packs of tape in hair extensions and had my stylist color them for me and I am absolutely in love with the look and feel! They look and feel incredible!!!

I bought the halo and LOVE IT. High quality, perfect color match, and curls perfectly. I have a full undercut too and it still works

Gutted!! Firstly I never write bad reviews but after what I have spent and the experience with this product I had to , so after spending nearly £500 pound on tape extensions (60 chocolate and 20 dirty blonde) and shipping these literally looked ok for about days ever since they matted up in to a huge ball of frizz literally when I’d be standing still cutting hair , they knot up so awfully you can barely get a brush through them , they puff out so frizzy and straw looking and have damaged my own hair and causes some bald patches in my scalp by pulling my own hair from the scalp that my extensions fitter refused to put them back in and called the quality of the hair horrendous. I’ve had different types of brands of extensions over the years , I am a hairdresser also so I know how to look after hair and use the correct products etc , honestly stay away this hair feels like Barbie hair it’s awful and far too expensive for the quality , not to mention the extra £30 shipping fee to uk . So the complaint procedure is terrible basicly they send you an automated email with a huge list of questions about how you maintain these extensions I’ve answered them and now have been offerd £20 refund for the nearly £500 I have wasted , they turn it round into you and Blame you for how you have maintained the hair, and send you links to their hair products to buy!! Also telling me they no longer ship to the uk so ( their options are limited) , I have toned some of the blonde pieces as they were quite yellow , I did this with a professional salon toner which of course Zala told me I had now “ tamperd with my extensions “ ( human hair extensions are meant to be able to take professional colouring) I’m so disappointed I spent nearly £500 on hair to end up with bald patches and awful hair n a big bag of bushy doll hair I’ve honestly had practice hairdressing doll heads with better feeling hair then this, I do not believe it is the quality that are saying it is or I have had a bad batch , it seems anyone who’d complained as had the same Fob off advice back , bad service and bad hair I would definitely do your research I wish I had and avoid this company at all costs

Hi! Thank you so much! I ordered hair from another shop and I had to wait five weeks (there were ‘issues with aust post’) but I paid for express and I didn’t receive tracking the whole time. I missed my hair appointments etc and was so upset. The order got here yesterday and they were the wrong colour and length!
So I ordered from you guys straight away and I received it the next day /today (ready for the weekend!) I’m so grateful. Thanks for being so efficient. Perfect colour too. And less expensive! 😍

My second order arrived. I purchased 16 in clip ins the first time and now the halo.
I really do like it, the texture is great. The volume is abundant. My only issue is how long my second order took to get here. I made the orders 2 days apart so I dont undestand why it took longer.

I’m honestly so upset and disappointed with this hair! After spending more than I usually would on hair extensions I am literally close to tears and just want it out of my head! After a week the hair feels and looks like straw, even after treatments and serums. It’s breaking, shedding, knotting and matting. Hard to style and does not hold any style leading me to believe this is not human hair. Please avoid this company!

Edit: no reach out or direct response but reading the other comments please don’t insult me by offering a small discount from your store as I won’t purchase another thing from you. I now have to replace this hair ELSEWHERE after only 3 weeks

Extensions are absolutely gorgeous, solid quality, and very easy to colour. Customer service was very responsive and quickly helped with my issue. I already have a few more halos in my shopping cart!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service from this company.
I purchased the 22inch Ponypail extensions in ICE QUEEN PLATINUM. I paid extra for the ‘Human Hair’ as they state the human hair can be 'SAFELY' toned. This is false as my very experienced hairdresser toned them with a professional toner (matrix colour sync) and this ruined the extensions!
They went patchy as it only grabbed to certain areas of the hair (Looks like some of the hair is decent and some of it is fake synthetic hair)
I haven’t even had the extensions for 3 weeks (contacted Zala initially within 1 1/2 weeks of having them and issue) and never worn them, they’re unusable due to how bad the colour is.
My hairdresser also uses Zala tape in extensions for clients religiously and tones them EXACTLY the same way with the exact same product and has never had issues until this set of extensions.
Zala customer service say they take no responsibility for what happens yet falsely advertise that there hair can be ‘safely toned, dyed and styled’.
A Zala representative told my hairdresser when she called that the hair should’ve toned normally.
Being offered a $20 voucher and then changed it to a $50 voucher or partial refund is not good enough. I am out of pocket $240 and have no extensions as they’re going to go in the bin.
I’ve purchased from Zala multiple times before for clip in extensions and had them toned with no issues.
There is clearly something wrong with the set they sent me and they will not take any responsibility for this or the quality of hair they’re selling.

Ponytail goals! The Zala ponytail has given me such confidence within myself! The quality is amazing, so soft and so real like! The colour match was spot on! Can’t wait to wear it everywhere!
