I have to say I am 65 years old and I honestly have never received The Best Customer Service .. 24 hours a day .. Zala is now my third set of clip in extension over 5 years . The product t is outstanding and long lasting. I am thrilled again today to receive my new extension.. Outstanding Service. Outstanding Product x

I barely had mime in 3 weeks before they became a frizzy mess. Look at the BBB page on the reviews tryst me don't do i!!

I will be completely honest: originally I had a horrible experience ordering from this company. I was so excited when I originally ordered my honey blonde 20 inch, super thick 9 piece clip in set. However within the first couple weeks they just disintegrated. The breakage was horrible, they shed horrible and lost almost all their volume, the extensions tangled horridly and constantly required brushing- within 4 weeks they looked HORRID they were so dry and brittle.

I reached out and customer service offered me a mask and $100.00 credit. I did not feel this resolved my concern at all, and only requested the replacement of the 2 largest wefts due to shedding. THEY SENT A FULL REPLACEMENT SET, and even let me pick a new preferred color.

They completely replaced my extension set and the only hassle was the exchange where I had to wait for my original purchase to process the return to initiate the replacement.

Customer service was prompt to answer each question and assist at any given step. I received my replacement and they look amazing- I am very satisfied with this company and how they resolved my concern.

Zala have taken away their same day delivery and express post and replaced it with aftership, I avoid companies that use incompetent couriers but I assumed it would at least me Australia post, the first order vanished so zala sent another telling me they are confident it will turn up but it did not turn up so finally another sent at my request au post it will be here Monday and the scans are updated. Zalas insistence in defending these couriers means I am done with them. I have spent thousands with them and I never thought I would be writing a review like this for them so disappointed. I did receive the Au post package and I messaged toilet them know. But that was my request or a refund. I have sourced somewhere else to get my extensions I am not doing this again, looking at reviews I am not the only one having this issue

I returned the set purchased without even opening the box and they claimed the warranty seal had been broken. LIES. They are refusing to refund me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY!!

I have mad respect for this company. I was a total ass because of my stress due to my wedding and even with me being a ass, they went above and beyond. Zala I love your hair, your company and I so appreciate how you handled my stressful break. I so appreciate you and I apologize for my rudeness. If you choose zala know you will have the best people and hair. I have my hair so long I forgot what color I ordered last. Even with dying, heat processing, and daily wear, it lasts me a 9 months to a year. I recommend them to everyone. And still will with even more enthusiasm. Once you go zala, you won't have all of the typical issues you do with other brands. They are soft, comfortable and durable. They have mild tangle with proper care. You can even swim in them and they arnt horrible after (river never pool). They even have us distribution sites now for faster shipping. So all and all, zala can't be beat. Just a good company that has more patience than I do. Again I do apologize from my heart.

OMG ZALA PONY TAIL EXTENSION IS THE BOMB . We purchased this for our daughter for her formal we were absolutely blown away with the quality and easy of putting it in. We loved the support we were given with sending through a picture for them to colour match it. When we took it to our hair dresser for them to add the red to match the colour they put in her hair. And wow they were so impressed with how well it coloured and they commented on how amazed they were with the quality of the Zala pony tail. We absolutely and 100% recommend anyone looking for that little extra and wow factor to finish off a look for any occasion that they go through the Zala web page as their service, quality and amazing products are top notch and won’t go anywhere else now. Thank you Zala Hair extensions for give our daughter the the night of her life and the confidence to feel and look gorgeous the smile on her face said it all. 💝💝💝

I have been purchasing Zala Invitabs for over 2 years and ordering from them is like playing roulette. Each time I get a new order, it is always a different quality. Sometimes they last for 6-8 weeks, other times, they come with split ends and I have to cut 1-2" off the top and sometimes I have to glaze the hair because the color is off. And ALWAYS, the hair feels straw like and course by week 4. I use MINIMUM heat on my hair, do NOT wash with sulfates or hot water. I'm always gentle when styling but nevertheless, the hair can NEVER be reapplied for a 2nd round due to quality. The invisitabs injection process is also getting sloppy. The pieces are cut at an angle so one side has more injected hair vs the other side.

The more you complain to them about their product, the worse your purchases get. I swear they have a system in place that says if you are an avid purchaser, "lets try a rate down on quality and see is she notices and if she doesn't, try again on her next order until she compalins. If she doesn't complain, we make the same amount of money but for a low quality item." game they play. After all, it IS my HARD EARNED MONEY being spent, and I should be able to expect to get the product I am paying for and they are advertising.

One more issue, I am almost certain that the hair is not 100% genuine human hair. I have done the "burn test" and certain pieces singed like plastic not ash as real hair would do if burned. The only real reason continue to purchase there is because a lot of other vendors are the same but give you less hair and charge more.

Customer service is not always up to par either. The give short answers to assist in resolution and go around in circles always. Its like they read from a script.

Hi💖 I just want to say I’m absolutely blown away by everything about Zala! From how quickly you responded to my question on Instagram and to how FAST the express shipping was 😮! My order literally arrived in less than 24 hours!!! The quality of the hair is amazing, I love the packaging too and the goodies to look after the hair. Not to mention how good the extensions feel!

I’m obsessed with my zala extensions! I bought 26 inch & they’re gorgeous! The color was almost a perfect match- I just added a toner to make them more pearly like my hair 🥰 I’m in cosmetology school, & one of the girls sewed them in (it was her first time!) I will definitely order more!

Absolutely beautiful extensions . I bought the extensions in halo honey beach highlight extensions . The natural texture when air dried matches my natural wave perfect and equally gorgeous when styled . Their customer service team is responsive and very helpful

I’ve bought hair across businesses from the US and UK (5 business in all plus two Etsy stores and all the *pricey* halo extensions offered on Amazon) and have not been at all happy with them. I’m a L9 golden blonde - I intentionally have a slightly golden blonde hue, and it looks beautiful with my tan skin. I love the Californian girl look. But I couldn’t find hair extensions that had blonde that was very slightly more golden under-toned, everything at L9 across these hair extension businesses was white or ashy blonde. I got color matched by all of these companies too before choosing the color. It would be two shades too light or too white/ashy. Then I decided to do the opposite and get the darker blonde tones from these same businesses (yes, if you were wondering, I have spent thousands of dollars) and they all didn’t go near a golden hue of blonde at all - they went brown! So, what do I do? Take it to the hair salon. Hair stylist dyes them MORE grayish brown at an L8 “blonde” level since L9 had no effect, bless her heart. I try dying it myself with golden tone drops and it helps but still just didn’t match. On top of this, I wanted thick, gorgeous 20 inch and longer hair. I had post partum hair loss and it was hard on my self esteem. Then, I found Zala. They color matched me as a honey blonde, insert happy curse words here, after thousands of dollars spent on all these hair extensions, my hair stylist dying multiple ones and getting upset by it, me doing the dying myself and it just never matching fully, I finally found a hair extension company that matched my hair correctly. I did use lightener on it for about 20 minutes upon getting them to raise it up to my color and reflect my hair’s more porous state, but they got it right and I wear it and people say I look absolutely beautiful!! THANK YOU ZALA!! I am coming back for more!!!

The extensions are beautiful, easy to apply and have a really natural look. But what I was impressed the most with this company was their customer service. These people go above and beyond to make a customer satisfied with their purchase. Incredible fast at responding my queries and also helping me to get an exchange of the product to arrive on time as I had a big event (were supposed to take a week but got this actioned within a couple days, allowing me to use the extension on this occasion). I can’t recommend enough this business. Keep up with the good work 🤩

Literally the worst extensions ive ever tried. DO NOT BUY!! DO NUT BUY seriously you'll waste your money. they tangled after one wash and I had to literally cut it out of my hair

I am delighted with Zala. They were prompt and their products were great. Their hair extensions are great and the prices are very reasonable compared to other stores. I would recommend them. They carry a wonderful product called Zalaplex Hydrating mask. Before you throw your old extensions away, try this product, first. My daughter and I are amazed at how it restored and revitalized our extensions.

I ordered their halo hair extensions and they do not hold on your head, i tried different ways and watched videos but u cannot wear them, just waste of money even the hair is nice by itself but u cannot wear them they just do not hold/sit on head

Yes, you read that right. My extensions had nits. I sent them pictures, video, all proof and they denied it. I demanded a refund and they said they would only give a refund if I return them with the band still attached and as i can see from other negative reviews, they will lie as soon as they get them and say the band was broken so i decided instead to expose them. And the fact that they might attempt to resell them to another customer really disgusts me. I will find a way to get my hundreds of dollars back and I hope this review reaches new customers and prevents them from considering buying extensions from Zala. There is a reason they make it difficult to leave a review with pictures on their site or interact with them on social media.

I really loved the extention and they looked very natural also everyone that saw the extention on me rhey said wow it lookes beautiful

Been buying zala’s for nearly 10 years and I’ve always had amazing extensions. This Time I buy 5 piece clip in which used to be 160g for 179 dollars then I only received 100g of very thin hair. When I reached out to customer service they said it was only 100g I showed them the extensions I bought - should of been 160g but were then 120g (have the photo of them advertised) then when I went back in the site it showed them to be 100g only?? Very strange then to see how the seamless were still 160 but I got 100g? Still heard nothing and will have to after years, have to look for another extension supplier. Zala used to be amazing now I don’t know what has happened very sad

Just had my zala tape in extensions installed and I am already obsessed. The color match is amazing and the quality of the hair is top knotch. I have had every type of install method of extensions and these are by far my favorite.
