I have been offering on with this company for way over 20 years, I absolutely love them. Their products are very superb with a lot of higher namebrand quality for pretty reasonable pricing really considering., they are definitely worth it

I was trying to cancel the subscription
I was trying to reach the customer service for 3 weeks to cancel the subscription; and when I finally reached the customer service, I was told that all my subscriptions are cancelled. However, I still receiving the items that I did not order, and deal with their return. My on line requests send me links that does not have the option that is not available in their link. This is outrages.

I was looking for a specific haircare product that I used to buy from Yves Rocher a few years ago. The packaging has changed so it took me a while to locate it, but once I did, the product shipped right away. And it is still a fantastic product. I am so glad I found it again.
