Tried on numerous occasions to contact you about a minor problem without success.
I have had to issue you with a final warning, failure to respond will result in a cancellation of the payment.

We kept the solicitor verification separately as we want to keep the price of a Will low enough that anyone can afford it. And let's face it, that extra £27 for Solicitor verification is a whole lot less expensive than what we can get on the general high street. We're always here for you if you have any enquiries.
Could be better
Although in principle, if your circumstances are straight forward (like ours) then this is great value for money. However, I found the online form and the Solicitor feedback to be unclear with a few areas causing concern, which is not great because it has left a niggle of doubt if everything will be clear when it counts.

Let me know if you do recommend someone, I'll keep a lookout for them and send you a little something as a reward. We're currently looking at ways to reward loyalty and recommendations.
Avoid, no contact after they have your money.
The process for the will was simple, however I completed my will over a month ago and have noticed an error in my name. I have been trying now for over a month to contact someone. I have called, emailed, used the contact on the website and messaged by Facebook. The only reply was via Facebook and that was only until the question was asked about how they could help. Avoid if you want a service where they will help you after they have your money!

We've had unprecedented demand during Covid, probably because so many people are working from home. However, that's no excuse for no one coming back to you - I'll look into how this has happened but right now can you tell me what the error in your name is? I can fix that now for you. ‘Not fit for purpose’. My instructions were not reflected in the finished will. Absolutely no response from them after pointing this out. Even after chasing up, no response or even an acknowledgment. Save your money.
