Communication from the lettings team is terrible. I was given incorrect information, calls are never returned, and you are left having to constantly chase them just to get a simple update.

We were told our landlord was selling the property we were staying in, and it was a worrying moment. From that point on, Your Move Glenrothes were incredible. They helped us find a new home quickly, explained every step clearly, and supported us throughout the entire process. Their patience, professionalism, and kindness made a huge difference. You move Walkden are by far the best estate agents out there. I couldn't go ahead with the sale of the property because I was tied to another estate agents, not a single charge no fuss, they are trustworthy give honest reviews and explain everything. If the house doesn't sell with the estate agents I'm contracted to I will come back. Lisa at Walkden is professional kind and truthful.
