It’s been a whole month and I never got my gloves. I’ve gotten emails back from customer support but it seems they just lie and put it off. Very disappointing and I was actually looking forward to having these gloves.

Lied to many times when my order will come then I received an email saying my order has been delivered but on the shop app the tracker shows it’s still in the USA I’m in the uk you try to contact customer service they don’t respond scam don’t buy items from this place they use athletes to advertise to make it look legit but they are a scam don’t fall for it and buy from them online on their website

The gloves never arrived. I reached out to the manufacturer multiples times and got nothing back, not even a refund. Total waste of time and money.

Very comfy and light weight

Tool a litle bit to get here but the gloves are honestly amazing, the wrist support is the best in the game the padding is absolutely beautiful and my hands feel awesome, the customer support is really good on ig especially over all nothing bad i can say.

I own my own boxing academy and also train mma. Absolutely love the gloves. Beautiful craftsmanship. Feels good. I have bad wrists over the years and these are the first mma gloves I haven't had to prewrap before using. Definitely recommend to the highest active athletes!

Fire gloves came in like 3 weeks no complaints

Some of the best quality gloves that you’ll find especially for the price! I can hit as hard as I can on the bag and never have to worry about hurting my wrists. The padding is some of the best I’ve ever felt. There was a slight delay on my order but they sent me some lace n loops and man do they help!!

Clean, Anatomical, Comfortable, and insane wrist support 10/10.

High quality very good fitting gloves. Good padding which prevent the knuckle to pop out while throwing overhands and prevent eyepokes because of the shape of the padding. Good wrist support and easy to put them on with laceconverters. Even the thumb is surrounded by padding and feels very supported

The only reason I added one star is because the zero stars is not an option to continue. We placed the order on june 25th and it took 3 emails before finally getting a reply. I am as patient as a person can be, but this is the absolute worst service I had shopping online EVER!!!! I lost count of how many back and forth emails have been sent. Absolutely every time, I asked to cancel since it never shipped and to get my money back and they brush it off. They sent me a partial refund of 25% on august 19. They treat everything I say like it's a complete joke. I want the full amount of my money back without all this stress. I don't care how good a product is. If the customer service is horrible, then we are absolutely ok with buying somewhere where we feel valued as a customer. The 3 day shipping is false advertisment and now the Shop app tracking I had which never even moved completely disappeared. Never in my life have I written a Bad Review but this is treatment like I never had to endure. I will make sure that my son warns all his teammate at the gym...BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

Very disappointed with my experience with YIBUKO. I ordered my gloves on August 14 and, as of today, they still haven’t even been shipped. I’ve reached out to customer service because I wanted to know what was going on, but the whole process has been extremely frustrating.

The website says orders are shipped within 2–3 business days, so waiting this long without even receiving a shipping confirmation is unacceptable. (YIBUKO FIGHTWEAR)

I understand that delays can happen, but customers should be kept informed instead of having to repeatedly contact the company for updates. I paid for a product and simply expected it to be shipped in a reasonable amount of time.

I can’t comment on the quality of the gloves because I still haven’t received them. Based on my experience with the shipping and customer service, I would not recommend ordering from YIBUKO until they improve their order fulfillment and communication.
