After the wait, I was assuming that the gloves would never arrive but finally after the long wait they have arrived. They are great quality gloves; the only problem was the service which got sorted out eventually. Overall great gloves but service was poor so I would give this a rating in the middle.

delivery took 4 weeks, myself and my wife were both ignored on multiple occasions when trying to contact them. they said they would send out lace to loops free of charge as they had taken so long to send them out (ordered 21st july didnt get sent out until august2nd) arrived without the lace to loops and i used the gloves twice and the stitching on the piping on the wrist come apart and i have had to glue it back down and the part across the palm has also ripped slightly but not effectign the glove at all. really frustrating dealing with yibuko but the gloves in fairness are really nice but i wouldnt buy from them again as the whole experience has been terrible. BUA fight gear are doing the same type of lace up mma gloves but not in the colours that yibuko have

I ordered gloves from Yibuko that were supposed to be delivered from July 13th, 2026. Today is August 17th, 2026, and I still haven’t received my order.

What makes this even worse is not just the delayed delivery, but the way I have been treated as a customer. I have contacted Yibuko multiple times by email because my order never arrived. Every time, I received an apology and was told that the gloves would be sent out again and that the issue would be taken care of.

I trusted them and waited. And waited. And waited.

Despite all these promises, I still have not received anything.

What is especially frustrating is that I have now been completely ignored for almost two weeks. I have sent several emails and I have also tried contacting Yibuko through Instagram, but I am getting absolutely no response whatsoever.

It is honestly unbelievable. When I first contacted them, they were able to respond, apologize and make promises about resending my order. But now that I actually expect a solution, there is suddenly complete silence.

Delays can happen – I understand that. But keeping a customer waiting for more than a month, repeatedly promising that the order will be resent, and then simply ignoring all further messages is completely unacceptable.

At this point, I have neither received the product I paid for nor received any proper explanation about where my order is.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I absolutely cannot recommend Yibuko. Good customer service means taking responsibility when something goes wrong and keeping your customers informed – not ignoring them until they give up.

This is definitely the last time I will ever order from Yibuko.

Delivery process took a while, but if you care about quality the product is worth the wait.

The gloves are very durable, sturdy and protective. Great quality products take time. So the gloves are worth the wait!

The advancements on these gloves compared to other mma sparring gloves are second to none. Not to mention the best color-ways out there

I ordered a pair of bubblegum gloves and after a couple days of not seeing a status change I decided to read the reviews. After seeing people talk about waiting times I began to get worried. HOWEVER, they reached out to me first apologizing for the delay and explained the situation. They also added a free laces converter for the troubles. I received them today after about 3 weeks and let me just say, WELL WORTH THE WAIT. The material is fantastic, and they are comfortable. These guys are a legit company and their product is legit. I highly recommend getting a pair⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great quality, just as expected

They’re great looking gloves, the main reason I got them is cuz they just looked awesome. They’re snug but they should break in fine and I may need a lace converter to save some time on lacing them but they’re solid overall.

Sure they may have came super late but I do not care, I was into mma when I got these gloves I switched back to boxing but don’t get me wrong I’m gonna use these on the heavy bag when I get the chance!

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Which if they didn’t advertise 2-3 day express I wouldn’t be tripping about this. And I See the same excuse on why they’re so slow to ship for the last 4-6 months. Nothings changed and they don’t respond to emails. It’s gonna be hard to recommend these even when they do eventually come to my door. Can’t speak on quality yet ***UPDATE*** gloves came. Shipping label was created in China so take that for what it’s worth BUT the gloves are very nice despite their absolute shitty customer service

Your site clearly said free express shipping, 1–2 days. Today is Tuesday and there’s still zero tracking, zero movement, zero anything.
You advertised a deadline, people buy because they actually need the thing inside that window, and then you just sit on the order like it’s optional. Maybe it is a delay, but you need to actually keep the express shopping you are promising.
On top of that, your customer service is completely useless. No replies, no updates, nothing.
I gave 2 stars because I haven’t been waiting that long, but I still need to know how long my MMA gloves are going to be delayed.

I ordered a pair of gloves on 25th June with express delivery, it is now the 4th August and I have not received my order. I have contacted them several times via email and Instagram and have not had a response. I have now taken it further with my bank. This is extremely poor customer service! Not worth spending £80! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I cant speak for the quality of the gloves since they haven't shipped within the tome frame listed on the website. Their customer service and response to comments and DM's has been abysmal. After 3-4 comments and a DM, I FINALLY got a reply in yhe comments promising that order will ship the next day. It is the next day and my order has NOT shipped. Some comments even show them promising shipping 2 weeks ago with no results. If they spent a little more time shipping orders instead of posting on social media, maybe more people would have the gloves they paid hard earned money for.

One of the best mma gloves ive tried, you really feel that stugg fit like laceup gloves give you. Good delivery service aswell.

I got these gloves when they first came out. Granted shipping them did take a while, but these gloves are definitely worth the wait, so much so that I bought a second pair. The padding is thick yet soft. My knuckles are protected, and my sparring partner is protected. The wrist protection is also far superior from all the other MMA gloves I’ve used.

My only complaint about the glove is that the lace holes get bigger over time. I wish the leather around the lace holes was a lot thicker.

Ordered on july 9th and havent received yet and no response from the contact support team!

Ive recieved gloves before and they're really good, my issue is its now been 18 days and I ordered new red mma gloves and there's has been no response on IG, an email saying its on its way and I checked with Asendia and there has never been any package shipped just a label created, I recieved the last gloves quickly, but for whatever reason now I'm getting nothing. Customer services is very very slow or unavailable.
