I have just completed a review with Yes Energy Solitions with a gentleman called Pravinder Mach. What a revelation!!
My first debt/poverty/“help I’m in the shit” took place with Citizens Advice Gosport and was really great. However it was a start and did not give response to the total picture of my circumstances thus could only go so far to help me.
Enter Yes Energy Solitions with a database of connections which would make CAB weep for joy! Almost made me weep when he just laid out a comprehensive list of people and agencies that could me in my predicament. Wow!! Thank you so much Prav! You have made this day worth of getting out of bed for, even though it is hugely painful doing so!
With all my illnesses I now feel as if there is/are people out there that can actually help me! Just Wow and thanks very much Prav!!

I had everything explained in detail.glad I was contacted.useful information I needed.

I received an email, unprompted from yesenergy solutions saying,and I quote;500 pounds off you're energy bills;.......and To my amazement (I'm joking),I got nothing.
Well that's not strictly true.My only help from them was a referral to a citizen advice bureau in Plymouth.I live in Inverness,only about 700 miles away.They want to set up an appointment to see me.Its not even funny.

Staff have great empathy and are supportive and knowledegable. Unfortunately the only thing that I was eligible for was a £50 energy voucher but has gone towards my debt and also shows willingness to reduce it so that has been a big help in that respect. I was also sent an energy saving kit. Felt like I was getting a present! During the initial conversation with an advisor they asked about my home and asked about drafts so the pack contained draft excluding tape. Very grateful for that. I was also advised about solar panels and that the landlord would be eligible to have them installed for free due to me being on a very low income but this initiative will not be available until Jan 2027 I believe. During this call the advisor made an appt for an in depth assessment and this was useful also. I just want to say thank you.

The advisor who I spoke to this afternoon, was very helpful and understanding, about my financial issues and my whole situation. He provided me to other helpful organizations, who are able to support me as well, even me been entitled to extra money to help me with my financial situation. I would recommend Yes Energy.

A telephone conversation with Kevin. He was very, very helpful and kind and gave me lots of tips for keeping the house warm and is sending out somethings which will help to retain heat indoors in the colder months, also sending a carbon monoxide detector- which I'd never thought about ! I'm extremely grateful I was able to use this service. Thank-you Kevin, you put me at ease and had a wealth of useful information. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
