We visited Yeoman's in Helston to collect a spare wheel. Very helpful and friendly staff. While there we queried a problem with an oil signal on the front screen - too much oil. The engineers had a quick look and sorted the problem in just a few minutes. Can't rate them highly enough - helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend this garage.

We have just picked up our new scala from Zak. Overall we had a fantastic experience with him, he was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. We would highly recommend yeoman's sokda bridgwater and Zak to anyone who is looking to get a new car!

Visited Yeoman’s in North Petherton today. Zak was charming, knowledgeable and super helpful, especially as he had had to take over from an absent colleague. Nothing was too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend.

Utterly disappointing. We purchased a two year premium service plan for our Skoda Fabia. Explained to them that we are unhappy with how DPF regenerates, and were told that this is normal and down to our driving behaviour. This was despite explaining that the car would not regenerate even after driving countless miles (e.g., Exeter to Bristol and back). We insisted that they check the filter's condition. We also asked that they fix our driver side window not opening and closing reliably. They told us our filter was fine, and it was down to us not using the car correctly. They had forgotten to fix the driver side window. They asked us to bring the car back in, to fix the window - which resulted in them keeping it for several days because of missing parts. When they gave the car back to us, our driver side mirror switch was missing (!) and we had to awkwardly wait for them to check their security cameras to ensure it was not brought into the garage in this condition. The car driver window stopped working within a few days of receiving the car 'fixed', and our DPF light kept coming on - taking impossibly long to regen (!). This was despite bring the car 3 times to them over a period of a month (12 November 2026; 11 December 2026; 13 December 2026) - and also first mentioning our DPF issues during our first service in 2025. We decided to abandon using Yeoman's Skoda because there was no longer any trust in their mechanics knowing how to work with our car. After extensive tests, Halfords advised us a DPF filter change is required, and that it was far from being OK. A third garage identified the DPF filter sensor was not behaving correctly. We ended up paying well over £700 for repairs at Yeomans, £300 at Halfords, and another £300 at another garage for what should have been fixed and identified correctly by Yeoman's to begin with. And our car driver window? Still not working! By far the worst experience we have ever had. What was even the point of paying for a two year 'premium' service with Skoda?!

If you want someone who is knowledgeable. Zak is the guy to go to. He knows what he is talking about and is very helpful. Thank you zak

Very impressed with this business. I went into the showroom to look for a car and Zak Evans treated us really well throughout. He arranged a test drive, showed us the two cars we were interested in, and gave us some very useful information with no pressure at all.

Although I ended up buying a brighter coloured car from another dealer because they had the exact one I wanted in stock, the experience here was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

Had cause to use Yeomans VW dealership in Helston to replace the EV locking port on my ID3. Jamie in Service department was excellent and looked after me well. The video produced by Adam the technician went above and beyond what I expected and the work was carried out to a very high standard. I will definitely now use this dealership to look after my vehicle. Top work thankyou.

I am a 62 year old who was extremely nervous about needing a new car, my son in law said Sara, Skoda are really good. We did go to other makes as well, I have always had Peugeot. The Peugeot garage was not good and not helpful for someone like me, who suffers with extreme anxiety and all I know about a good car is it's colour. As soon as we got to Skoda Tim was amazing! He was patient and understanding, I had so many questions and worries and he was happy to explain everything in detail, his attitude to "help" ahead of "sell" was excellent. His reassurance was exceptional. I was very nervous about driving the new car for the first time out of the showroom but he went through absolutely everything with me, no rush at all. The car is lovely and I know that if I have any problems or questions that I can feel comfortable in contacting Skoda Bridgwater for help. All the staff that I spoke to during the time of securing the purchase, were most helpful and friendly but Tim was exceptional!

I have used this dealership twice for warranty repairs to my ID Buzz they are extremely difficult to contact then after 3 weeks when they returned the vehicle it had to go back for 3 days to refurbish an alloy wheel they damaged. Then in again for the same warranty repair this time they had the vehicle for 35 days and when I collected it the technicians had used it to commute to and from home it wa s absolutely filthy inside and out and scratched on the left hand door and rear panel needing to go back for it to be painted The vehicle is just a year old and olny 6000 miles
Terrible service

Please read Yeomans response they have totally missed the point I was not complaining about the warranty repair, yes it’s frustrating it took so long to repair but I am not attributing this against them. I have left a one star review for the total lack of care towards my vehicle whilst in their care. I arranged to collect it around 3 ish the day before and when I arrived in the morning it was absolutely filthy where it had obviously been driven 200 miles the front was covered in dead flies, seagulls mess all over the roof, seat covers hanging from the head restraints not covering the seats and dirty footprints in the carpets not to mention the scratches along the near side. An independent garage would treat a £1000 banger better because they know we have a choice where to take our cars.

Highly pleased with Yeomans Citroen Fareham, re rapid repair at, short notice on my citroen c4. The stress was removed by the two freindly & helpfull ladies on reception Kaz & Rochelle, keeping me updated on the progress from start to finish.A good trustworthy service that i highly recomend. I traded in my old Kodiaq for a barely used Enyaq and the entire experience was a pleasure from initial visit to today's handover.

Visited Škoda Bridgwater to consider purchasing a new Karoq. Zak Evans was very helpful, explaining the various specifications of each model/trim, colour choices and purchase options. Zak arranged a test drive of my chosen model and patiently answered all my queries. Very happy with the service provided by Zak and Yeomans.

My wife and I were in the dentist and decided on a whim to pop in to Yeomans because it’s right next door. We had been considering trading in our ev for a newer bigger one. So we had a look at an Elroq and thought it might be appropriate. Zak organised a rest drive in a demonstrator there and then and we liked it. So we said ok can we buy that one. Zak did a quick call and said tes we could. So we almost bought and then my wife said have you get any in blue instead of red. Zak said yes and showed us a blue one which was higher spec. We decided to buy it. So we did the deal there and then. A week later I picked up the car and dropped off the old Corsa ev. Zak did all the paperwork very smoothly and quickly and then got my phone linked to the car and got the Skoda app set up on the phone so within an hour and a half we were off and everything was sorted. In my fifty years of motoring it’s the smoothest and most pain free car buying experience I have had. So on that basis I would recommend this outfit.

Just writing a quick review of my experience with Zak. Very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend him and Yeomans.

We popped into the Bridgwater branch of Yeomans today as I have been looking at Skoda Karoq cars. They had a few in stock. We were greeted by Zak Evans. He was very helpful and showed us around the cars they had in stock and also showedus details of the others within their group. As I hadn't driven a Karoq before, he kindly and quickly, took my details and information, and allowed us to test drive a car. This was very helpful to me as it allowed me to confirm they are the right car for me.
Although as I need to part exchange my current car, I needed to go away to think, as the money offered was not as much as I had hoped for.
But overall, a great experience and a very helpful salesman.
