Online messages get a reply 2 days later and sent originals 'disappear' into the replies which hides the sending date and ISA transfer still not done after the 15 working days promise.

I visited the Kingston upon Thames…
I visited the Kingston upon Thames branch to open a new account. Both counter staff and the lovely lady I saw to open my account where friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It made me think how much we need branches to visit in addition to an online banking system. Nothing beats talking to somebody in person and having questions answered there and then.
