Yandle & Sons Ltd Anmeldelser

The sewing machine was delivered quickly. Communication was excellent. Great machine recommended by many and me who is a novice.

All good. Great adaptor of excellent quality. Super speedy delivery.

The customer service is excellent. Communication on the phone and via email was always prompt and all queries answered. Dispatch and delivery was arranged to suit me.

I bought this work light to use with my bandsaw because the lamp that was fitted was faulty. This Record lamp is strong and the magnets are powerful enough to hold it securely in place. There is the option of using the magnet in the base of the lamp or for other positions the bracket can be snapped into place with its own magnet. The light emitted is plenty bright enough. It can be used with 3 x AA batteries or 1 x lithium battery or with the USB cable. Well worth the price.

This was my first bandsaw purchase. Looked at the cheaper options and watched a few you tube videos then decided to buy the Record Power BS250. Suits my purposes very well for a first bandsaw. The only bad thing is the rip fence, but after watching many you tube videos, it can be changed for an Axminster rip fence that is much better for only £20. Why Record Power don’t improve this for a few quid is beyond me. Apart from the fence this machine is great.

Why indicate delivery is 'from free' when none of the options fulfill this. Quite frankly, if you cannot get something as transparent as delivery correct, it does not inspire confidence on dealing with you.

Relating to gift vouchers purchased Yandle and Sons provided a fast, efficient service.

These guys were great. Delivered a great bit of kit, super quickly and at a good price. No issues whatsoever. Happy days.

Yandles is a fantastic company to buy from.
The woodturning blanks are really high quality, and are the sizes they advertise
( not all suppliers are this accurate)
Everything arrives really quickly and each delivery gets better and better

I first discovered Yandles seven years ago and was made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the shop. Since then it has become my number one woodwork supply shop; so much so that I made an eight hour round trip to buy a lathe. Everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

One of the few stockists of Husqvarna sewing machines in the UK. Item arrived promptly, price was decent, would recommend!

The website was easy to navigate to find what I was looking for, they kept me up to date whith the different stages between ordering and delivery. Quick delivery time. Will definitely be using them again. The product I bought was the Razertip SL3 burner.

1st time I've purchased from Yandles. Robert Sorby Pro Edge Sharpening system. Great price and bundle. What a product. Blow away by how easy it is to use and also by the end result. Fantastic.

Fantastic service staff were very helpful and a really great bandsaw - thank you

I found what I wanted quickly with no fuss, payment went through with no hitches and the machine wax did just what I wanted it to do. It's really good on the lathe bed amongst other things.

My 90 year old father went into the tool section recently and just needed a blade, it was just before closing but it was a very quick sale. Unfortunately the person behind the counter was rude and very unhelpful yes he probably wanted to go home but my dad was literally in the shop a few minutes. If he hadn't needed this blade he would have walked out but certainly will think about going there again.

I have dealt with Handles a couple of times now. I love scrollsaw working and can get through blades quickly if I get too far into a job. I need replacement blades quickly and Handles has always given fast and great service

I ordered a sapele replacement bench slat set which arrived quickly. The wood was selected carefully and finished well. One slat was damaged in transit and I received a replacement the next day. The bench is as good as new again. Staff were very helpful throughout.

FAO Dan (Machinery Sales).
I came into Yandles on Saturday afternoon, and ended up purchasing a Record Power PT310HB Planer/Thicknesser. This was delivered yesterday afternoon, unpackaged and tested yesterday evening.
The entire process was a pleasant experience, and I am really pleased with both the quality of the product and the superb finish of machined items. The beds will need very slight tweaking, and a minute adjustment to the fence is called for, but superb.
I received a warm and friendly welcome at Yandles, and will definitely be back again.

After visiting for the first time yesterday, I just had to place a review.
I found the whole experience very enjoyable the staff were friendly and helpful.
The coffee shop was so charming and cream tea excellent.
The arts and craft area is definitely worth a visit if you're into any sort of art for supplies.
If you need anything to do with wood or tools for such an hobby definitely visit that area too.
