Ordered a pair of slipper boots for a family member, on Thursday and would be with me on Saturday, had them Friday afternoon.

Amazing service will definitely use them again.

I would not recommend this company. I would advise not to order from the site or from Amazon. Meant to receive an order by yesterday. I have sent so many emails and advised delay parcel force. But really my parcel was still sitting at the warehouse. Amazon requested them to refund my money but straight out ignored it and amount of times I have asked for my money back but said its been sent just refuse delivery and we refund you. They clearly don't read emails properly. Company is a joke... Waste of time ordering from this place not reliabls

Have to say I've order from them a couple of times and all good in the quality of the goods sent. The last time I was a little disappointed as one item came and somehow had the wrong thing in the box. They where very good and was easy to return all free of charge. My only disappointment was the fact they told me to put a note inside with the problem and whether I wanted the goods refunded or replaced with the correct item. I asked for a replacement and they decided to refund me even though they have it in stock.

Purchased 2x Globber Scooters, they were dispatched the next day and arrived the day after, amazing service and products, I would not hesitate to use again, thank you for such an easy pleasant transaction, I will always check your website now when I am searching for online purchases in the future.

Trying to get an answer from this company is like trying to get blood out of a stone. They tell you what you already know and need prompting to get an accurate answer from them.

Their website information is also very iffy, no times for last courier delivery. If I had have known that they had a last order time of before 11am for receipt of orders in time for new year I would've purchased the item earlier. Instead their information states quite clearly that orders by 2pm for same day shipping for next day service, they have not amended this for Xmas times. You are led to believe they are able to still meet this postage commitment. Very poor.

A company to avoid if you need accurate delivery information.

Wow - "I am investigating a real-time delivery estimator addition for our website" - lol what Jargon. You could just pop a module up to indicate delivery dates for Xmas. I mean you use a content management ecommerce package from bigcommerce, I am sure each module has an unpublish/publish dates and times.

Your weekly deal has a timer and is no doubt automatically changed. I think you spent more time on your sound bite phrases that it would've taken to create a module and publish it.

I bought a variety of items which were well priced, dispatched quickly and arrived in perfect condition despite two items being very fragile. The packaging was good although wasn't boxed but in large blue bag. Didn't have to contact them for anything so can't comment on aftersale service.

Sells very cheap merchandise made poorly. Even when it arrives in broken condition, they won't refund. They expect you go through all of the hassle of repackaging and posting back the broken item before they will replace or refund. Who wants to go through that hassle for an item that costs £10? I sent them pictures of the broken item fresh out of the box and they still didn't offer to give a refund or send a new piece, even knowing that any return effort would not be completed before Christmas, and it was a Christmas decoration! Don't waste your time and money with this online junk shop.
