During this time, I have renewed my contract twice, and I have always been very happy with the service and support provided by XBM.

I would especially like to recognise my account manager, Naz Haider. Naz has been extremely helpful and professional throughout our relationship. He has always been available to assist me, resolve any issues, and make sure everything runs smoothly. His support has made it much easier for me to continue my relationship with XBM with confidence.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with XBM following the purchase of our large Ricoh office printer. From start to finish, the service has been professional, reliable and genuinely customer-focused.

A special thank you to Naz Haider, who has been absolutely exceptional. Naz is always helpful, approachable and quick to respond whenever we need assistance. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about making sure his customers are looked after.

The printer is excellent, but it’s the outstanding after-sales support that really sets XBM apart. Having someone like Naz there when you need help gives you complete peace of mind.

Exceptional service from XBM!

We have been getting our printers from XBM for years and genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The service we receive has always been exceptional. From the first interaction through to ongoing support, the team are professional, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers.

What really stands out is that customer satisfaction is clearly at the heart of everything XBM does. They take the time to understand what you need, provide the right solutions and consistently go above and beyond to deliver.

After years of dealing with XBM, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. A fantastic company, great people and exceptional customer service.

We’ve been using devices with XBM for many years and have always been really impressed with the service. The team is friendly, reliable and always helpful whenever we’ve needed support. It’s great to have a company you can trust, and we would definitely recommend XMB to others.

AVOID. We were scammed. We were told that signing a new contract with them would half our monthly costs - they actually doubled because we didn't know that we were also signing up to a contract with Grenke Leasing. None of this was explained to us - we thought we were just signing up with XBM. Within the first 6 weeks of our contract we had already paid the full amount that we'd paid in the previous calendar year!

Also, I've just received our monthly bill from them to find that it has TRIPLED. When I phone up to query it, I was told that it was Accidental Damage Cover that they've just added to our contract. I said that I didn't sign up for that and was told that it was optional and I could opt out, which I did. They should have consulted us first, before just adding additional charges to the bill. They've obviously done this with all their customers, hoping that they wouldn't notice.... Not to be trusted.

Avoid this company at all costs.

We have a photocopier from XBM The Photocopier Company that is around 10 years old. Our agreement was simple – pay monthly based on the amount of ink we actually use. For years, our direct debit was around £63.89 per month. Then the payments suddenly increased to £343.57, and on one occasion XBM took a staggering £987.73 from our account.

Over the last eight months, their sales team has become extremely aggressive. My staff receive multiple calls every week, often 3–4 times, and they continue to cold call the office trying to pressure us into signing a new 5-year contract for another machine.

When we challenged the excessive charges, we calculated that we had overpaid by approximately £1,900. XBM disputed this and claimed it was closer to £1,200. To make matters worse, we were then told we could only receive the money back as a credit towards a new machine rather than as a refund.

The whole experience has left a very bad impression. The constant sales pressure, disputed overpayments, and refusal to provide a proper refund have been extremely frustrating.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before signing any agreement. In my experience, the sales tactics have been overly pushy and the customer service has been disappointing.

I would strongly advise any business to exercise extreme caution when dealing with XBM Limited.

I was approached regarding what was described as a “no extra cost” upgrade to my existing printer. I was also told I would be saving money each month. These statements were made in writing.

Based on those representations, I signed the documents electronically.

It later became apparent that I had actually been placed into a new 63-month finance lease agreement with GRENKE Leasing Ltd, something that was never clearly explained to me at the time.

The financial reality was completely different from what had been described. I went from paying approximately £108 per quarter to around £300 per month, which directly contradicted the assurances given.

The issue only became clear several months later when the payments began to leave my account.

When I raised this with XBM, my complaint was rejected, despite providing written evidence of the original representations.

The situation escalated to the point of enforcement action, which was ultimately resolved in my favour, adding further concern about how these agreements are handled.

I am now pursuing this matter formally due to what I believe to be misrepresentation and lack of transparency in the sales process.

If you are considering doing business with XBM, I would strongly recommend:

Carefully reviewing every document in detail
Seeking independent advice before signing
Being extremely cautious of any statements about “no extra cost” or “savings”

This experience has resulted in a complete loss of trust, and I will not be using XBM again.

Swift reply to our printer request, followed up by helpful advice tailored to our business requirements. They understood our need for speed and acted accordingly. Order placed and printer delivered and installed within a week. Thank you Naz and the team for your excellent service.

Superb service.

I’ve had XBM as our service provider for almost 6 months now. Printing can often be a hassle, but after getting in touch with Paul, everything changed—we’re absolutely flying now! The support has been outstanding.

If you call Paul, nothing is ever too much trouble. He’s always at the end of the phone, ready to help, and that kind of service is rare these days. What really stands out is how well he stays in touch—something many companies don’t do, but Paul does consistently, and that’s something I truly value.

He’s also provided us with a machine that has fully automated our business processes and made everything much more streamlined.

I have had XBM as a service provider for almost 5 years now. Printing is a pain in itself however the initial printer they sold me has lasted this long, any mechanical issues they have rectified within the week and managed to keep the thing functional for me. This has now allowed us to upgrade to a larger system of which Paul has painstakingly gone above and beyond to provide something that will meet the business needs now and still have capability to meet future demand.
A frustrating element of their system was the hybrid invoicing process however Paul has provided a machine that fully automates this process and removes this issue making it much more streamlined.

Excellent service. After a big argument with my current printer, we decided to part company. The Xerox C400 was only a year old, but had an attitude problem from the very start. I believe it has anti-social personality disorder; it refuses to work as part of a team and will not follow the rules everyone else adheres to. Rather than provide us with the printing we need, it prefers to eat paper and cover the office in a dusting of magenta toner.

Nazmeen was able to arrange new, better printer that I am sure will become a valued member of our office team. She was very helpful and instantly suggested the best option for our needs. Within five minutes the deal was done and Xerox C400 has been escorted from the premises, never to return.

100% recommend Nazmeen to anyone with an evil printer they want out of their life for good.
