We had Nazmeen come around and sold us 3 Epson printers for all 3 of our branches, she saved us the hassle of buying ink and drums as this package includes everything, printers have all been installed and we are very happy with them. Xbm have been very helpful.

Following the collapse of Office Options we were introduced to XBM by Jack Hines who went above and beyond to ensure we were still fully covered and with more cost effective equipment. No query was too small for Jack, he couldn't have been more helpful.

We were looking for a printer and were given 5 options by 5 different companies in 2023 and we decided to go with Raj Gupta from XMB LTD, who supplied us with a 2 Kyocera printers, since then we have not only been happy with the machines but the continuing support from XBM Ltd and especially Raj Gupta who supports us out of hours as well.

My experience is with Raj from the Birmingham branch. A great sales rep who goes out of his way to resolve issues. Today out of hours he helped me on the phone install a part so that I can get Print done. Not many people willing to work out of hours to help a small business like mine that really needs to keep working. I rate him 10/10!

Jack Hines introduced us to XBM after our current photocopier support company was dissolved. Jack as always helpful at Office Options and has been able to seamlessly move us across to better, more cost effective equipment that is now fully supported. We have only had our new machine a few days but so far, so good.

I been with Xbm for 5 years now …. They are so good and amazing and reply with in time and any problem with system they sort very quickly.

We made online enquiry and was put in touch with Xbm and Raj Gupta was the representative.

We originally only thought of purchasing a single printing machine however they went beyond provided me with all the machinery that I was looking for which was very convinent for me. And ended up buying all 5 machines from them.

I have been with them for a year now and everything is still working perfectly. If there is any problems they are very quick to respond and solve any issues.

A special shout to Raj, for excellent customer service, he was basically available 24/7 for me to call him. Which is really appreciated and in an urgent situation I could always reach him.
