I went into my showroom my kitchen.was fitred over 2 years ago some of the units would not close properly. I contacted the fitter and hecsaid i needed a new door plinth and side panel. I also took pictures of the issues. This is the 2nd time no one has bothered to contact me to resolve these issues. Customer afrer support instatalions is non existent . I paid over 26k on our kitchen and exspected better. I am dissapointed in Wrens after sales and customer services
Customer setvices contacted me shortly after this post and organised a delivery date and fitting to my satisfaction. Thank you Wren

I spoke to Deborah at Wren Customer Services recently and once again I was met with a professional and helpful person! She was able to quickly find my details and understood exactly what I required in order to replace a specific item that was damaged! Without any hassle or difficulty Deborah ordered a replacement item for me and got it sent at the next possible and appropriate slot! As with all my communications with Wren - once again I cannot fault their after sales service and consideration for the customer! Brilliant!

Everyone we’ve dealt with has been professional and provided clear information. Jordan in customer service dealt with a couple of minor delivery issues very promptly and professionally. I would have no hesitation in using Wren again or recommending them.

Well what can I say the delivery wasn’t easy for Andrew and Lewis, as they had loads to cart up my stairs for the bedroom, but they did it without complaint, both were very friendly and helpful , and definitely an asset to Wren as a whole!!.

Abbi.S came out to do our survey. She was in touch with me first thing in the morning to introduce herself and to confirm all the details. She kept me updated during the day on expected arrival time. Once here she explained clearly and efficiently what she was going to do and answered any questions I had. She had to work around the builders who were overrunning on their job and she was very flexible and got on with it with a lovely smile on her face. Abbi is professional, reliable, a great communicator and seemed very efficient and had a lovely can-do attitude. She was brilliant. What an asset to the company.

We had a bedroom installed in November. The fitter was excellent but we have since had problems with handles coming off, handles breaking and a broken drawer. I raised 3 separate cases and was eventually sent the parts needed to resolve the issues. The 1st issue took over 2 months to resolve as the fitter tried to order the replacement drawer. After going back and forth with videos of the problem I had to escalate this with the management of the Warrington showroom.
Each time the case was closed saying it was resolved even though the last communication I had was to say they were arranging for a fitter to install/fix the issue.
It is such poor service.
My advice is to get your own reliable fitter that will come back to resolve any problems that arise. I’m now paying for a bedroom that was fitted at the beginning of November and I’m still waiting for issues to be fixed nearly 3 months later.
Also just to back this up, we have had a kitchen from Wren which is of excellent quality. We had our own installer with no issues.

Ordered my bedroom from Wren Warrington on 1st October 2025.
Delivered 11th November 2025 to be fitted on 18/19th November 2025.
Fitter cancelled Sunday 16th November 2025.
I had to contact Wren to find out when my bedroom furniture would be fitted which took numerous telephone calls to get a new fitting date of 3rd December 2025.
Bedroom fitted on 3rd December 2025. Unfortunately 2 doors and top filler panel damaged.
10th December 2025 replacment doors delivered but not top filler panel.
22nd December 2025 fitter came out and replaced damaged doors.
07th January 2026 top filler panel delivered to be fitted and bedroom completed on 14th January 2026.
14th January 2026 no show by fitter. I rang him to be told by him that Wren had sent him on another job and so he can complete my bedroom on 20th January 2026.
I then rang Wren Installations to be told the fitter was ill and that was why he had not been able to complete my bedroom installation today. Who's telling the truth?
We are now 2 months since my bedroom should have been fitted and completed and I have been very calm and patient with Wren but I am now getting angry and frustrated as I have had to cancel my decorator 3 times now and my bedroom which should have been finished in November is still not completed. Wren have not offered me any compensation nor said they are sorry for the problems I have endured over the past 2 months. Such a shame, as the product is good and the installers have been good just Wren Service has let them down.

I provided the review below back in November 25 when they provided an sinkerator FOC.
Went into Wren Warrington, with my 85 year old Dad to order a new kitchen as he was in the process of purchasing a bungalow following the sudden death of my Mum. We had a look around and was impressed with the service provided by Callum and paid a deposit for a new kitchen. When we came to confirming the date of completion we called to ask for a date for the survey and a date for installation which was more than satisfactory and we were really happy with the level of response. Dad had stressed during the consultations that he wanted a sinkerator and had even been shown a sink that would accommodate this. It was included in the Contract important information about your kitchen and was the final contract. However, when the kitchen fitter arrived and was fitting he could not locate it. We raised it with Wren they advised that it hadn't been paid for although was in the final contract and told that it would be £50 cheaper to purchase through Amazon. I can't understand why when you enter into a contract that they can change their terms and then admit that you can buy appliances for less from an on line retailer. I would strongly advise that you thoroughly read the numerous terms and conditions before you purchase. Our son has purchased a kitchen from Wren and another relative is about to spend a significant amount of money on a kitchen which I would strongly advise against. Wren have rectified the issue we have had and have responded in a professional and timely way - thank you Alex
However, things have gone from bad to worse and Dad has been left with a kitchen that was nothing short of dangerous for an 85 year old man! The kitchen fitter returned on the 19th December and fitted the flooring and the hob. We then received an e mail to confirm the kitchen was completed. How can this be when the granite splashbacks haven't been completed, the waste disposal doesn't work, the housing unit around the boiler hasn't been completed, the kickboards and corniches, panel and strip lighting hasn't been completed. Dad has been left with an extension lead on the worktops which he tripped up over Christmas and New Year whilst I was away and has damaged his already injured hip.
I haven't had such a disgraceful experience with an organisation such as Wren and will be seeking legal advice as they are truly incompetent purely sales focussed and don't care who they take their money from.
I've had numerous calls with customer service who have not provided any help whatsoever apart from providing the waste disposal unit.
This is totally unacceptable considering all the promises they make at the point of sale. I question their core values of integrity, responsibility, customer satisfaction, excellence, passion and determination as none of these have applied in this siutation!
My Dad's age doesn't help the situation particularly over Christmas and New Year 2025 but, I would not like anyone of any age to have put up with this level of service - DISGRACEFUL

We have recently downsized and the kitchen is a bit smaller than we are used to so we went to Wren Warrington to see what then could do for us, it was Keli Courtney that designed our new kitchen and we couldn’t be happier , she maximised the space with the design and slightly changed the layout to get the most out of the space and it’s perfect for us , the delivery was great no missing items at all, quality of kitchen is really good no issues , we had to delay the kitchen due to issues our end and she was brilliant throughout her communication was great and she always got back to me quickly if I asked questions or wanted to change anything , overall we cannot fault Wren Warrington but it was Keli that really stood out and just made the whole experience perfect , a lovely helpful down to earth lady , thank you so much !

Writing the review below was the only thing that elicited an effective response from Wren. It’s a pretty sad state of affairs that you have to submit a negative review on Trustpilot to get them to fix problems of their making. Ultimately we got the kitchen we paid for but it will be a very long time before I stop wishing I’d never heard of Wren. My advice remains to avoid Wren.
I would love to be able to give Wren a 5 star review and if the review was based purely on the showroom and installation service that’s what I’d be giving but the experience has been totally destroyed by their delivery and customer (no)service teams.
The delivery crew somehow managed to lose one of our cabinets somewhere between the depot, their first delivery and us (the second delivery). This meant contacting their customer services team and being exposed to possibly the worst customer services team I’ve ever dealt with.
I spoke to 3 separate people about the original delivery and despite each of them promising to call me back not one of them did. The replacement cabinet was organised and delivered sooner than I was told (1 star for that) but they missed the delivery window by 3.5hrs which the driver said was because they didn’t know they had the cabinet on the wagon (he even showed me his job sheet to prove we weren’t on his list of deliveries). To add insult to injury the replacement was delivered damaged, so needs to be replaced again.
Overall we have 11 items needing replacing which were either damaged during the delivery process or shouldn’t have passed a QA inspection at the factory.
Our installer requested these immediately but 3 working days later we’ve heard nothing from Wren customer services to confirm the items will be getting replaced. In addition to the damaged cabinets we also have a non-functional (brand new) fridge freezer which could take 3-4 weeks to replace and Wren customer services don’t seem to see this as a problem.
I’ve now gone back to the showroom manager where we placed the order and he is trying to get things sorted but it shouldn’t need him to get involved.
I will be submitting a formal complaint to Wren and have submitted a section 75 dispute with the finance company to hopefully stop them getting the remaining 50% of the funds until they sort their act out and give me the kitchen I expected.

Terrible Customer Service support which is non existent.
Inaccurate measurements on site combined with missing fittings and misleading e-mails the day before delivery sending my kitchen fitter and myself into massive panic mode. No resolution to my issues and still no support from Wren customer care. They have clever marketing and slick sales people but do not deliver on their promises. We are regretting very much using this company and suffering so much for putting our trust into these people who simply ignore phone calls and e-mail requests.

YES I DID REACH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS AND NO THANKS TO YOUR WARRINGTON BRANCH STAFF WHO WERE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND TOTALLY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN ANY CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL AND WHO REPEATEDLY IGNORED EMAILS AND REQUESTS TO CALL ME BACK. IT WAS VERY POOR AND INACCURATE MEASUREMENTS AND MISSING PARTS THAT ADDED TO THE STRESS AND DISAPPOINTMENT.

Have just had my Wren dream kitchen fitted. Dan at Wren Warrington lead me through the design process and nothing was too much trouble. He was professional, helpful and friendly.
I used my own fitter. There were a couple of slightly damaged doors which were replaced within a few days and without question.
I am delighted with the way it has all turned out and I wouldn't change a thing so thank you Wren.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!
THIS IS MY 3RD REVIEW ON THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY.
Here i am again complaining, so Wren delivered our kitchen of over 8000£ for the furnitures where the fridge and oven go in....
Not to even fit
Wren said the fridge cove will be 60-70cm in depth
And then I bought a fridge of 55cm in depth and it won't fit.....
What do I do????
The whole kitchen after fighting with Wren for over 2 weeks about damaged items and missed items
To now find out almost at the end that the furniture's that suppose to contain these items not to even be the right size.....
If you want pictures I can provide them... bunch of thieves hiding behind big brand name and the worst is.... your staff get all the shouting at whereas the ones guilty sit down in there mansions. God will judge this company.

Avoid avoid avoid !
Have ordered a kitchen from Wren, and the experience is terrible. A LOT OF Missing items which is delaying fitters work…. And us being left without a kitchen for weeks … the delivery wren is organizing for replacement/missing parts is days apart …
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
