I brought a kitchen from Wren and I was extremely happy with the experience. My designer I was booked to see was Imran Moughal he was excellent very experienced and knowledgeable. He provided outstanding service and guided me through every step of the process. He was professional and patient and happy to listen to my plans. He find a kitchen for me within my budget which was very surprising. I had quotes from other well known kitchen suppliers but Imran offered me the best deal and price. I highly recommend Wren and make sure you see Imran Moughal.

I had my kitchen installed with Wren Kitchens (Great Western Road), and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The external installer, Terry, was absolutely fantastic—he went above and beyond throughout the whole process and ensured everything was completed to a very high standard.

Overall, the service was 5-star and the finished installation is brilliant. Highly recommended!

Called 15 minutes prior to arriving to let us know, which was appreciated. Maneuvered lorry down a tricky road. Were warm and friendly on arrival, protected the door and worked out where best to place each item.

Quick turnaround from ordering to delivering, and i’ve had a positive experience with customer service. Liam Gwatkin was great, I was dubious that Wren would help after reading negative things online, but I could not have been more wrong. I explained that the splash back had been incorrectly measured as well as the extractor unit and Liam was really accommodating, understanding and helpful. My issue was resolved within a matter of minutes which put me at ease.

Fitter called before to ensure convenient to attend.
Arrived at time said he would and was professional and courteous throughout.
Informed measurements were sent to the store ready for the appointment.

Kitchen design was nice and easy. Installation was scheduled and completed on time. Aftercare has been hit and miss. Defects were found post fit with some tech wall which had bubbled. Contacted and they sent a replacement tech wall over a month ago but this has still not been fitted. Chased the fitter directly twice and he has ready the messages but not a single reply. Chased Wren directly, and other than an automated reply to say email received, I have received no communication regarding this.

Overall disappointing due to the lack of aftercare, it almost feels like once they have your money then they have a lackadaisical view of you as a customer.

The surveyor, Craig, who came to do my kitchen measure was very patient because he had to wait for me while I was stuck in traffic. It was important that the measure got done so I appreciate his flexibility.

Today I had my kitchen measured ready for the plans to be made for my kitchen. Bobby West was the surveyor he was very polite and professional answering my questions thank you Bobby I look forward to the next stage of the process.

Great service from Wren. Simon Mellor arrived for our appointment time a little early. He was friendly, efficient and considerate.

Kieran was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He arrived exactly ok time, very polite. He answered any questions we had without hesitation and completed his work in a timely fashion. Top work, top bloke 👍

Disgusting customer service. Sent me my kitchen many doors damaged, my pantry was made wrong so I complained, then they re made it delivered it 2 weeks later and it turned up yet again made the wrong size and damaged. Waited 2 weeks for yet again another disappointment and now another further delay, don't bother using this rubbish company !!!

We purchased our Wren kitchen 9 year's ago and only recently noticed a delamination of the door surface covering, having spoken to Wren customer service it was very much to our suprise having shown them the problem that they offered a full replacement of all the kitchen doors , decorative panels plinths etc in the colour that we wanted. This offer was because of the fact they no longer have our style in store, this I thought was an exceptional offer plus they even give a financial support towards having the items fitted. I honestly cannot praise this company enough, best warranty I've ever had on an item such as a kitchen.

C Smith was very warm and helpful during the measuring of my kitchen. She gave me a brochure and talked me through how the design would go. She definitely deserves credit

Punctual, professional, and thorough from start to finish. The Wren contractor O Firouzia arrived on time to measure our kitchen and was respectful of our home throughout. He took precise measurements and left everything tidy. A smooth, stress-free experience. Thank you.

After having issues ordering a replacement base unit online and with the app, I called and spoke to Sam who was very helpful and resolved my issue within minutes. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with her customer service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Customer Service from Bailey at Wren Kitchens
Today I contacted Wren Kitchens Customer Care after discovering that the showroom had ordered the incorrect size boiler housing for my kitchen. The units supplied were too small to fit the boiler properly, which was understandably frustrating.
After I emailed photographs of the issue, Bailey from the Customer Care team took the time to carefully review them and identify a suitable solution. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to resolving the problem. Despite experiencing some technical difficulties during our phone call, Bailey made the effort to call me back and continued working on the issue until everything was fully addressed.
I was particularly impressed by her perseverance, professionalism, and commitment to finding the right product to ensure the boiler would be housed safely and correctly. She dealt with the matter promptly and kept me informed throughout the process.
I am now hopeful that the replacement units will be delivered later this week, and I couldn't be happier with the service Bailey has provided. She is a real credit to Wren Kitchens, and I would like to thank her for going above and beyond to help resolve my issue.

Leon came over to survey my newly built loft to make sure accurate measurements were taken before the project went into production.
