Problem resolved quickly and satisfactorily

Very nice and polite.

I was an Item short in my delivery today and rang Wren to query. I spoke to Samuel who sorted this issue for me and had an email confirming delivery date. The video call was unsuccessful as I could record and talk on my side but unable to communicate the issue until a follow up phone call again by Samuel. Altogether very happy with the service I received from Wren.

Justin phoned me on the morning of our booked survey to let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived at time stated and introduced himself. He was polite and respectful. I showed him the room that was to be surveyed and explained roughly what we were looking for. He said that he would be approx. 45mins doing the survey and asked if it was OK to take photos. On completion, Justin explained what would be happening next and offered to make an appointment with the bedroom design team at Wrens showroom if we wished for one. We accepted and this was arranged. Thank you Justin, excellent customer service.

Very thorough with measurements and layout of my kitchen. Kept up to date with arrival time etc . Friendly

The visiting surveyor, Mr. M. Tomlinson, was very efficient, knowledgeable and accurate with a strong attention to detail.

Gary Hickman attended to do our survey. He gave me advance warning of the time he was going to arrive and was professional, friendly and respectful of my home.

The home survey person Arran Yates arrived having communicated his arrival time several times before .

While the kitchen itself is good, the service provided by Wren is appalling and as an organisation they only prioritise their own needs not that of customers.

I had a sales agent lie about what was possible, then after he was no longer working there, I dealt with a replacement who would take days to get back to you. Their manager literally took an action to help resolve an induction hob that was bought but could not fit the kitchen- only identified at the point of conducting the worktop measurements when it should have been identifiable in design- and never ever responded after an initial call. Her unforgivably poor service caused more delay to the kitchen installation and unnecessary stress. I then entered what can only be described as an impossible maze to get resolution- hours were wasted on endless hold to try and resolve the issue with only one person- who said it wasn't their role- that actually assisted. It took him 30 seconds to do what was required so why no one else could help I have no idea.

The contracted clean up service is shocking. Every person who attended complained about needing to do their job and the way that the clean up service changes its 5 hour window ETAs means you cannot plan anything for the entire day and night.

And then when they want to close off your installation even when parts of the installation are not finalised, the approach can only be described as harassment. But heaven forbid if the roles was reversed, you can bet your new kitchen on the fact they will only respond when they are good and ready, if at all.

I will never use this company again and pray that there is no need in the warranty period to require any further interaction.

I would like to thank Kafui from Wren Kitchens for his excellent customer service. When my freezer broke down, he was extremely helpful, professional and went out of his way to assist me. I really appreciated his support and kindness. Excellent service—thank you, Kafui!

We had a home measure appointment with J Nicholls, he was really kind and knowledgeable, talked us through the whole process and it was a pleasure to welcome him into our home.

Leon was brilliant! Had a great chat with him when he was measuring and he was very knowledgeable and kind. Wren so far have been great. John the designer is an asset to the business and has done a really nice design for my space. Couldn't be any happier!

My delivery service was prompt. The drivers kept in contact at all times.
Drivers were very friendly, clean and tidy. Secured my front door from any digs or dents and sheeted out where boxes were to be left. Overall a very pleasurable experience.
