I have recently purchased nearly £10k of bedroom furniture. Throughout the “purchasing journey“ the communication has been terrible. Telephone calls were seldomly returned and the bag of excuses was endless. Upon receiving the delivery of the wardrobes it was apparent that the measurements they had made were wrong. For one wall they sold me 3x 600mm wardrobes for a wall that is 1m50cm. When I told them this, after being in the queue for 47mins, I was told it was my fault for not checking their measurements. I was sent an email from the Customer Service stating that they would look into this for me if I send them a photo of my KITCHEN… lol. My kitchen, that I didn’t buy at Wren is perfect, why would they need a photo of it? Luckily I have an experienced fitter ( not from Wren) who has managed to cover up most of their mistakes. Although even he can’t fit a 1m80cm wardrobe on a 1m50cm wall. Wren will not take back the 60cm wardrobe we don’t require, thus no refund. Be careful…

Are kitchen design went really well opting to have a Wren fitter and waste collection. We had most of the work done while we were away in August. As part of are kitchen, we brought a boiler tap. This worked great for 6-8 weeks, then out of the blue, it tripped the RCD. We carried out are own cheeks and concluded the boiler tank was faulty. A new one was fitted and worked great, until just befire Christmas. After the 3rd unit had the same issue, we asked if we could upgrade to a more expensive option, and have this fitted. After sll, we had psud gor fitting and the kichen us kess thsn a year old. Originally we were told we would have to pay for fitting which I argued. Eventually they agreed to credit my Wren account so I could buy a different tap, and fiting would be free. They even iffered to reimburse us uf any additional elecrics were required. The tap was ordered mid February, and I'm still waiting for installation. The work has been assigned to an installer but they can't give ne a date of when this will be.
The aftercare is slow and disjointed. If I had a refund to my bank account I could have purchased the tap direct from the manufacturer and had it fitted within 5 days.
Pull your finger out Wren, my finger is hovering off the direct debit payment on my banking app, ready to cancel. I'm sure you will be quick of the mark then.
Apologies are great, but action is better.

We arranged to have someone come out to measure.
Lee A came out, he phoned before he arrived which was nice of him ,and he arrived on stated time .
He was very friendly and put us at ease straight away ,he explained what he was goin to be doing, afterwards he showed us the lay out also about the virtual headsets we'll be able to us in the showroom to see the design when we've designed it .we were very impressed with his service such a lovely man.
Looking forward to our new bedroom 😀

I had a kitchen installed four years ago and my integrated washing machine broke down and I ordered a new machine and installation from AO.com. When they tried to install the new machine they drilled new holes in the door and when they put it back on couldn't align it with my units. I was so upset that they took the machine away leaving inside cupboard door with several drilled holes. I rang Wrens at Scunthorpe and spoke with Shorna Shepherd who was so kind to this stressed and upset person. Looked up my order and spoke to head office to inform them of the situation and emailed me their contact details for the installation team. I then spoke to Claire at head office who immediately sent me a replacement door as a good will gesture as the AO technician had alleged the door was buckled. I didn't expect this level of aftercare after having had the kitchen for four years. Now awaiting a new machine and the original Wren installer next week 🤞 all goes well. Thankyou to Shorna and Claire for a wonderful service.

Ordered kitchen in February, to include removing old kitchen, full installation and waste removal, electric work extra, but installer who came first time to check measurements, had electrician with him to quote. Given date for install, kitchen arrived on time, holiday booked so we could be home for any arising problems, excitement grew at my first ever new kitchen ( I'm 62) Cancelled last minute! Unable to change my time off, so a wasted week waiting. New date given, husband booked time off, Cancelled again! 3rd time lucky? No, Cancelled again! Wren didn't have decency to ring us, just emails and to add insult to injury, booked a template appointment for the worktop, threatening us with a charge if we were not here! I was upset and angry in equal measure by now, and my husband, who works away all week, was ready to hire a van and dump it outside their branch! Our electrician was busy with other work, so we had no installer, no more holiday and a garage full of useless kitchen and no apology from Wren! Finally, an installer arrived, thankfully he bought an electrician with him, so we now have a working kitchen, after a week of no sink, also a worktop. Each department of wren seems unable to communicate with another, email and telephone calls, at least 50..mostly from me trying to get answers, and a most derisory offer of compensation which has been definitely declined, so we wait again for Wren to take responsibility for their failure and put customer satisfaction first, would NEVER use them again.
