Jon P came to do a kitchen survey / measure for us today in preparation for a new Wren kitchen. He provided an excellent service from start to finish. He was polite, professional, and very friendly, which immediately put us at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was incredibly thorough with his measurements, paying close attention to every detail to make sure everything was accurate. It was clear he takes real pride in his work and wants to get things right for his customers. A very positive experience overall. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jon P based on the service he provided today.

Had a bedroom fitting with wren and very easy from start to finish. Everything delivered and installed on the agreed days and the fitter did a fantastic job in terms of quality. Just a couple of things that let them down was….

Had a spare sliding door and some other things that was left over. Managed to get a refund which was very fast (no complaints with this) but was then told to either keep them as spares or take to a recycle centre because it wasn’t cost effective for them to collect….. in other words we can’t be arsed to come take them back. These doors are massive and no room to store in a new build house and my car is far from suitable to take it to the tip so I’m stuck with it up the side of the house

The fitter didn’t cut out a hole where my plug socket was so now it’s covered up and the installation notes clearly said will need modification for the socket. Told wren about this and the response was we can arrange for the fitter to get in touch but I’ll have to arrange a fee for him to rectify it…. Don’t see why I should have had to pay for something that should already of been done and a week later he’d still not got in touch…

If it wasn’t for this I’d of gave a 5 star as everything was brilliant from start to finish and it doesn’t let me give a 3.5

Jon p came to measure up for my new kitchen and did an excellent job whilst being personable and professional.

Absolutely in love with our kitchen. Luke from Mansfield was brilliant designing this for us including all the aspects we desired in the best position. Was my most hated room in the house now my favourite after so long longing for the ideal design to incorporate how we wished to use. Aftercare fabulous as well couldn’t be more helpful. For most of us this is one of the most expensive purchases to do for you home and we are so glad we chose Wren and had Luke make our vision work!

I am a Kitchen fitter and have worked with Wren Kitchens since they first came to the UK
The units are very good quality and beat the specs of a lot of expensive companies. The service is great
The only thing that lets Wren down is they don't have many good fitters and staff ( like all other companies ) should go out working with fitters to help their design skills

Friendly delivery men and delivered items to desired room

It was fantastic couldn’t of asked for more two really nice delivery guys very helpful nothing was to much trouble for them there name was Ben and John A1 guys

Upon ordering our brand new kitchen we hired a joiner to install the kitchen. Half way through the installation. when the joiner removed the extractor fan out of the box it became apparent that when had packed the wrong size fan. When we called the company they told us we had to call customer service. Upon waiting over 45 minutes on hold we got through to be told that we should have checked every single box when delivered. This was impossible as we had over 40 boxes and had we of managed to find the fan we would have been none the wiser to the size and the fact that it was too big. We asked if they would offer a gesture of good will given the fact that we now have to wait till the 27th of Feb for the correct 1. This means we have got to get the joiner back to do his part then the electrician to do his which both have said we will have to pay them both for the extra work. Given the fact that the joiner is away until the 25th of Feb and then had planned work in before he can install our fan this means it won’t be in till the 2nd week in March also meaning we cannot use the hob as the whole kitchen is getting steamed up. All of this taken in to account and such a big company yet still has nothing to offer in the way of a gesture of good will for their mistake NOT OURS. we find this very frustrating and totally not acceptable given the cost of our new kitchen and the xtra cost to rebook both the joiner and electrician to say we are not happy is an understatement
