1) A very rude assistant manager in the showroom spoke to our designer in a completely disrespectful and condescending manner right in front of us. The experience was so unprofessional that it nearly put us off purchasing altogether and made us consider going elsewhere.
2) Multiple staff members — including the showroom team, the person who came to measure up, and the delivery coordinator — failed to listen to any of our concerns regarding access and delivery into our home. Every interaction was met with an ‘it will be fine’ attitude, with no one taking our concerns seriously.
3) On the day of delivery, the whole process was a complete failure. The drivers appeared uninterested and unconcerned, and the situation caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress, to the point that it made my husband feel unwell.
4) Damaged doors, numerous missing items, and a long list of issues followed the delivery. Although the problems were eventually rectified, it took countless emails and long periods spent on hold to get anything resolved. The overall attitude seemed to suggest that this level of poor service was completely normal
5)The quartz worktop was fitted, but we noticed later that it had not been finished properly. This led to yet more emails and over an hour spent on hold, simply waiting for a callback to arrange for the issue to be rectified.
Inconclusion - After spending over £11,000, the offer of just £149 compensation for the stress, time, inconvenience, and upset caused was a total insult. In hindsight, we should have trusted our gut feeling when the assistant manager spoke so rudely and disrespectfully to our designer in the showroom. Lesson learned — never again.

Wren Leicester. Nice to you until you've paid then any slight query is met with a defensive attitude and they are not responsible for anything. Absolutely not interested in customer service and also make sure you get someone else to look at your kitchen before them to actually advise you of any potential issues etc as, even when they come and measure up themselves they won't bother. Then afterwards they will advise you to cut up the units etc.

We got our kitchen designed and provided by Wren.
All the service was good before payment. After Customer Care Service is more than the opposite.
The tap provided to us is incorrect and we have informed them of this. I first called their customer service and their agent told me the ‘autogenerated’ script of ‘it’s not their problem anymore’. Well with the amount of money that was taken it’d ought to be their problem!?! And quite rightly.
The customer service agent was then rattled when I asked to speak with the Manager and then offered to get pictures of the tap to send in and I would be sent an email with this detail. NO EMAIL! Not in Junk either FYI!
So I went to the store who dealt with our ‘designing’. I spoke with the Assistant Manager and they took my details and said will send an email to the customer service team. Whilst speaking to them they also gave the same impressions that as you paid this money you should be checking all this yourself! So I said exactly as I paid this money I expect customer service. I have been told someone will come back to me within 48 hours and ohh I was also being told they are quite quick to get back. Let’s see … wait for part 2! So far after sales service is quite a-lot of shambles!

The delivery was made as promised however the fitter appointed had a problem with his team and he could no longer take on the fitting. Fortunately no work had been appointed to the removal of the old kitchen was still useable as the fitter had foreseen his issue with his team (for serious medical reasons his electrician was not available) and had agreed to not start.
Within 4 weeks, Wren had found us and appointed a new team from out of town. Within 2 week's the kitchen was completed and video perfect as of the design from computer. Outstanding, super and brilliant.
Lee Burgoyne, the fitter was an excellent, compliant, competent and accurate fitter. In within 2 weeks he had directed and forgone the removal of the old kitchen and fitting of the new kitchen.
It was video perfect to the generated computer design.
Excellent conducting, well done to Wren.

We needed to replace fitted wardrobes in four bedrooms of a house we are refurbishing. We made an appointment at Wren Leicester. The designer was 20 minutes late starting the appointment and she spent most of the time trying to get her software to produce an image of one of our rooms. There had been no prior contact but we could easily have provided room plans and measurements so she could have done this in advance. After nearly 90 minutes of basically just watching her playing with the software, we were left with a picture of six wardrobe doors with a very sad free-standing chest of drawers sitting in the space. No discussion of the other three rooms or any detailed designs. We emailed our plans and measurements to the designer after the meeting and asked her to produce full designs. We chased her ten days later. Three weeks since our appointment and she hasn't replied. Presumably the business is doing so well they don't need any new customers.

Delivery- battered units/ built in microwave/ oven and £2000 induction hob,
I had to take 4 days off work to wait for delivery.
I had 4 deliveries of battered and broken parts/doors/ units appliances.
After care- care less than the delivery team
It took 3 times to get a kitchen I was nearly happy with.
READ THE small PRiNT.
For a 'FAMILY' Run business, wren can't wait to take your money and deliver an unbelievably poor service.
If you want a mental breakdown after spending thousands and thousands of pounds-wren is where to go!!
ALSO- brand new induction hob with chips on it NOT exchanged!!!

6 months ago we chose Wren bedroom furniture because we had an awkward sized space for the wardrobes and we realised with could mix and match the units to make it fit perfectly unlike a lot of high street bedroom furniture supplier who tend to do furniture in fixed sizes.
We visited the Leicester showroom where Jakub helped us to design the whole bedroom, more so the wardrobe, to what we liked which was great. After the usual discounts were added it came to a very competitive price we was happy with, TBF, I don't why they don't save all the messing about and show you the proper price from the start as we nearly walked out when we saw the first quoted costing!!
I chose to fit it all myself, so Wren did a survey of the room to make sure my measurements were correct and what we'd designed would fit the room, this happened within a couple of days of us visiting the showroom. Once it was ordered we had to wait around 6 weeks which gave us plenty of time to get the room ready.
The units were delivered on time, my only gripe was there was no delivery itinerary for myself so I couldn't check off if all the right stuff was there and the delivery guys had nothing to hand over to me to say it was all delivered correctly.
The drawer units come pre-made so take up a lot of storage space, as does trim panels and mouldings, also the wardrobes come as lots of separate packages too.
Fortunately everything was delivered correctly, it all went together nice and easy, wardrobes were easy to erect and very sturdy, was able to do it all by myself, and not being a bedroom furniture fitter myself I was pleased with the results as it all looked really smart when done. I would say shop around for the handles as the ones Wren offer are very pricey and we got some really smart looking ones for a fraction of their prices.
For us, except for the silly costing discount faff, which is totally unnecessary, we had a fairly faultless experience with Wren Leicester and their delivery service, everything was correct, the build quality is excellent and the finished product looks better than we hoped!!
I don't know why they get so much mixed reviews as I'd give them 10/10

I spent just over £27,000 on a brand new kitchen and utility room on what I hoped would be an amazing kitchen. My previous kitchen and utility room cupboards had been from MFI and looked brand new even the planner from Wren kitchens asked why I was changing them. That kitchen cost me £2200 including fitting.
I thought that I was buying a Rolls Royce kitchen and instead it is micky mouse quality.
The veener on the doors and boards has come off and just leave the plyboard exposed.
When I rang to complain I was told that I should be careful in touching the doors as they can dent.
This is a kitchen and should have some wear and tear surely at that price a slight knock if that is what it is shouldn't make the kitchen look as if its 20 years old. Equally there is only myself in the house 99% of the time so I am hardly going around bashing the kitchen and utility room.
There solution is to get a pen (which they wanted to charge me £5 which I paid the first time and not the second) and touch up all the marks. I shouldn't have to do this at the price I paid.
They need to replace all the doors and boards for a different kitchen as this is not fit for purpose. I should have known when it was delivered as they had to replace so many faulty doors and boards during installation, it was unbelievable.

Soon as I paid a deposit "poof" Wren service disappeared....
Before placing an order, I would get numerous calls checking to see if I were attending the scheduled appointment...
During this appointment we agreed to a bedroom fitting and install date of 16th February 2026, first red flag paperwork (charter) comes through stating no installation date had been selected....... I then emailed the advisor and Wren.... radio silence no response......
Then a surveyor turns up to my home saying he is there to take measurements, I informed him this had been done prior to my design visit he was confused to why he was sent out, and I explained my dissatisfactions to him.
Next day I get a call from the original advisor giving some excuses for why the install date was missing and advised new date of 26th Feb and passed me installer details.
I then get a call from the installer who had accepted the job and date to say Wren had cancelled the job, zero communication from Wren this was from the installer. I then call the Leicester Store and once again promised a call back from the Assistant Manager as manager was away and no surprise no call back received.
Resulted in sending an email to Wren call centre and original advisor, some traction from this email as original advisor calls to say she had cancelled the install date as she was trying to get the original date of Feb 16th, I informed her I was happy with install date of 26th Feb and in future to contact myself before making amendments without my consent.
Roll round to Monday 19th Jan 2026, once again I get a call from the Installer to let me know that Wren had not informed him it was a 2 day install and that he could not accommodate as during the cancellation period he had taken another job as he believed my job was only 1 day and his next availability was March, I once again call through to Leicester Wren to be told once again the Manager is not in and that the assistant manager would call back this time I made it clear she had not call back previously and no surprise once again no call back.
How do Wren expect customers to have faith in them when they shrink away from responsibility even before a single panel has been installed, poor all round from Wren, also no reply from Wren contact centre to original email sent.
Avoid Avoid Avoid you will be forever chasing your tail..........!

Avoid Wren Kitchens unless you enjoy stress, disappointment, and shoddy quality. Our experience has been an absolute nightmare.
Multiple units arrived damaged, and unbelievably, none of the items were even signed off on the QC labels. The overall build quality is shockingly poor — the edge banding on doors and drawers was terrible, with several already peeling on arrival. I doubt the rest will survive normal use for long.
It gets worse: Wren can’t even supply Nordic Oak edge banding for the end panels we had to cut for our island. We are now left with raw, exposed edges. Their suggested fix? Cut the panels down the middle and join them. Laughable, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
The only part of the whole process that resembled competence was the initial design consultation. Everything after that has been a downhill slide.
Save yourself the hassle. Look elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Wren Kitchens. I was promised a £50 referral voucher as part of their friend referral scheme once both my kitchen and my friend’s kitchen were fully fitted. Both installations were completed over a month ago, yet I am still waiting for the voucher.
Despite meeting all the requirements, there has been absolutely no communication or update from Wren. I’ve had to chase this repeatedly, which is frustrating for something that should be a simple and straightforward process. This lack of follow-through reflects poorly on Wren’s customer service and integrity.
Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated issue. The overall experience; from communication delays to unresolved issues during the purchase and installation has left me extremely dissatisfied. The missing referral voucher has only added to an already disappointing journey.
I expect Wren to honour the promised £50 voucher immediately and provide an explanation for the unacceptable delay. If this is how they treat their customers, it certainly makes me question their commitment to good service.

I had ordered a kitchen 47654791 which was fitted and later i need to add a boiler box for which I had ordered additional items order number 48027602 in which there was a colour variation for which I contacted customer service they advice to send photo which I did and u will see in photos. Later other day I tried to chase them and was told by an advisor that now I need to remove the safety plastic stickers then send them photos again and then they will investigate.
It is very annoying buying such a expensive kitchen and small thing need replacing which is not my fault they could have done straight away.
Not happy I am a developer and for my next project which needs kitchen in next 3 months I'll definitely not use wren kitchen and also I'll advice people around me not to.

A Disappointing Experience Poor Service and No Accountability
After reading numerous negative reviews about Wren Kitchens, I was hesitant to proceed with them. However, I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt, hoping my experience would be different. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the poor reviews turned out to be accurate, and my experience has been both frustrating and disappointing.
The problems started right from the beginning. The representative sent to my home to take measurements not only recorded incorrect dimensions but also failed to measure the entire space. This lack of attention to detail caused significant delays and unnecessary complications during the planning and design stages, issues that could have easily been avoided with a more professional approach.
When I raised these concerns with Wren Kitchens, I wasn’t met with helpful solutions but with a series of excuses. What stood out most was the dismissive attitude of the staff. When I requested a refund, the employee’s response was simply “perfect,” which I found both unprofessional and disrespectful. It gave the impression that my business didn’t matter to them at all.
Attempts to escalate the issue to management were equally disappointing. The manager, Ken, offered no meaningful assistance. Instead of taking ownership of the mistakes or working toward a resolution, he continued to make excuses and ultimately defaulted to offering a refund, seemingly as a way to close the case rather than address the underlying problems.
As a heart patient, this entire ordeal has caused me additional stress and distress that I could have done without. We were hoping this would be our dream kitchen, a project we were genuinely excited about, but instead, it has turned into wasted time, frustration, and a complete disaster.
Overall, my experience with Wren Kitchens has been extremely unsatisfactory. From the initial survey to the handling of my complaints, the entire process has been marked by poor execution, inadequate customer service, and a clear lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend that others look elsewhere for a provider that values professionalism, accuracy, and genuine customer care.

Waiting for a refund of our deposit now been over 28 days still no sign of it from the leicester branch. I have emailed & rang a number of times but salesman keeps making excuses. Quick to take the money but not so quick in returning it. Found the salesman arrogant & rude so changed my mind about going with them. Order number 46644524
