The products are reasonable for the price, it’s the Cowboys they employ to install the kitchen are the PROBLEM ! When you then try to address the problems, just forget it. There is absolutely NO customer service at all. Do not touch this firm if you want a good result.

Wren are mutton dressed as lamb.

You are not getting quality by going with them.

We bought a Jpaul kitchen. Within 4 months it is falling apart. The doors are all hanging funny. The corners are chipped. And a warning for anyone with arthritis- this kitchen is not for you.

11k and our previous screwfix kitchen was better. Had it for 14 yrs and no chips.

Customer service is great but just rather have not been in this position.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.

I honestly couldn’t speak highly enough of the service I received. He was absolutely brilliant throughout and genuinely couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was right and that I was happy.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was friendly, professional, helpful and attentive the entire time. It’s rare these days to come across someone who goes that extra mile, but he certainly did.

He made the whole experience incredibly easy and stress-free, and you could tell he genuinely cared about providing the best possible service rather than just doing the bare minimum.

A massive thank you for everything M McCarthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wren to anyone based on the experience I had. 10/10 service and an absolute credit to the company!

Great service by G Jepson on 21st July 4-5 pm for our kitchen measurements. Friendly, polite and did the job efficiently.

Had 9 deliveries from Wren as they couldn't organise or get anything right. Delivery teams were useless damaging or refusing to deliver units. Sales team lied to myself and my fitters on several occasions promising delivery dates but never turned up. My kitchen started on 22/06/26 and should have taken 5 days finally got my kitchen completed on 22/07/26. I had to chase Wren with everything they never called back or emailed when they said they would the worst service I have ever received i would buy from other places as Wren are crap with after sales care and delivering of items. All this and I paid for my kitchen in full back in February. The only good thing about the whole situation were the fitters who were helpful throughout the whole s##t show

Cam was lovely a tuck her time to listen to us and what we wanted.

Tim is super friendly and professional. He is kind, caring and very cheerful. His visit totally charged the atmosphere in our home with so much warmth and happiness. He is very thorough with his work and does it with glee 😁

Gary was very helpful arrived on time as stated. Kitchen is in a state due to renovations but Gary worked around everything and was very helpful

P Dyche was our surveyor and he arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and got the job done. He also booked our showroom appointment and explained everything about the process.

Worste and most stresfull experience in my life.
They even managed to take wrong meausurements.

Tim came to survey our kitchen. His communication was excellent. He was smart, polite and just an all round nice guy.

After we’d answered questions about where certain things were we left him to get on with measuring.

Before he left he made an effort to say goodbye to us all and asked if I’d do a review. I don’t usually but I couldn’t not do one for such a lovely guy who provided his service punctually and efficiently.
