Welcoming showrooms: Visit one of our 124 state-of-the-art showrooms to find out why we are the UK's number one kitchen retailer. Pull up a comfy chair and chat with our designers over tea, coffee, or soft drinks. See (and feel) our cabinets, worktops, accessories, and finishes. Bring the whole family - we've got snacks and kid's play zones with TVs and consoles to keep them busy. Pets are also more than welcome.
Free design service: We offer a completely free service to design your kitchen or bedroom. You'll have a personal meeting with one of our fantastic designers who will produce a computer-generated 3D plan of your room based on your ideas, showing how all of the elements fit together and work in your unique space. It couldn't be easier.
Made to order: Whatever you choose, we'll make your dream kitchen or bedroom right here in the UK. Our expert, experienced manufacturing team begins production as soon as you finalise your design.
With you from start to finish: Our dedicated team are on hand throughout your journey to help guide you through the process. Our showroom team will capture your exact specifications and measurements, work with you to design your dream space, and help you find a finance option that works for you. Then, our craftsmen will build your kitchen or bedroom to your specifications, and our specialist fitters can help you take the hassle out of installation.
Made in Britain: As well as our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Howden, East Yorkshire, Wren has recently invested in a massive new manufacturing facility in Scunthorpe. This allows us to keep quality up and costs down.
Professional fitting service: Throughout your project, you will have the full support of our field and office-based teams to deliver and install your dream kitchen or bedroom with minimum fuss.

Poor quality

Very good experience in the showroom but it went downhill from there. The majority of my items were damaged inside the boxes despite the box being undamaged. Went to the showroom on the friday to get it rectified as soon as I realised. I was informed there’s not much the showroom can do apart from contact HQ who were closed over the weekend and at 1730 which is ridiculous for those who work office hours. I was then told they could not get me the replacement parts until over a week later despite I had arranged for fitting to be done the following Saturday. They would not even send me the pre built units for the inconvenience caused and hardly an apology. They gave me some compensation which they said was towards fitting costs but then refused to give any money off the actual product. On the phone the gentleman kept sighing when I explained the issues and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction.

Their quality control is clearly poor for over half my carcasses to be damaged and have residue on them. Waiting nearly 2 weeks for a replacement is far from ideal when they advertise themselves as high quality and #1 in the UK.

I would advice avoiding Wren for kitchens after this experience.

I’ve had a surveyor out a few times due to amendments being made as the place was being plastered. Each time it has been a pleasant and straightforward experience. R Barkley was my surveyor.
