Today we finalised the design process and placed an order for a Wren Kitchen. Miss Amrit, the young designer at the Slough showroom, made the process easy and enjoyable. As an interior designer myself, I appreciate her knowledge resourcefulness and professionalism. She’s a great listener and a pleasure to work with. We’re also grateful for the support from the showroom manager throughout. I’ll post my comments on the quality of the products delivery and installation once it’s complete.

After introducing 2 clients to Wren and both ordered kitchens from them. Was promised £50 each for the introduction I have still yet to receive the money. With many calls and promises still no money. Last kitchen installed over 4 months and to date still nothing, maybe time to give up.. do not trust them on this selling point.

Wow 🤩 exactly what the hype is all about. We popped in to our local store in Slough, Berkshire to see what all the fuss is about and we are very glad we did. We were greeted by a man who was super friendly. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about. Within about 30 mins of showing him our inspiration on social media we chose our kitchen 👍 We also found out we had something in common with him, his taste in music. Many thanks to Kevin for taking us through our first step in our wrenovantion 😂👏 looking forward to going back in to store and finalising our project. 100% recommend, Emma & Paul

I am conflicted writing this because the actual wardrobe is of excellent quality and looks fantastic. However, the journey to get it finished was exhausting and unprofessional.
While the initial sales process was smooth, the service plummeted the moment payment was made. Our fitter arrived late with zero communication and spent a significant portion of the day on personal calls complaining about the job.
Major issues encountered:
• Poor Advice: We weren't told the wardrobe couldn't be fitted on carpet. We had to rip it up and pay for a second fitting ourselves.
• Technical Errors: The fitter failed to measure the doors against the floor level; they now struggle to open.
• Logistical Failures: The wrong part was ordered for the bedside unit. Despite promises, I was never called back. I had to call the store twice—only to be dealt with by a manager who sounded completely disinterested—and Head Office twice just to get the right part ordered.
• The "No-Show": I took a day off work for a confirmed fitting before my holiday, only to be told it "wasn't booked in."
In total, I had to make 9 calls to Wren to get this rectified. I did not receive a single proactive call from them throughout the entire process—not even to check if the job was finally finished. Buy for the product, but be prepared to do all the project management yourself.

We were kept informed at all times of the delivery details for the replacement doors for the entire kitchen. The two guys, Rob and John arrived on time and couldn't do enough to ensure that everything went smoothly. Polite and friendly throughout. If only all people were the same.

From the beginning, Mustaf was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. He listened carefully to our ideas and helped transform them into a design that perfectly suits our home. His patience, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience both enjoyable and reassuring.

What impressed us most was his dedication to ensuring we were completely happy with every detail. Nothing was too much trouble, and he always took the time to explain our options and provide valuable advice.

Customer service of this standard is very rare, and Mustaf truly made the experience special for us. He is a fantastic representative of Wren Kitchens, and we are very grateful for all his help.

Thanks to Mustaf, what could have been a stressful process was instead a really enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend visiting the Slough showroom and asking for Mustaf if you are considering a new kitchen.

I had my Wren kitchen delivered today, from the first call to the end delivery the experience has been great.
I had two amazing delivery men Bernard and Vince who took every care to process the items in my house. They prep the room with covring for the units to be placed on. They were so obliging as to where the kitchen was stored. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I can not thank them enough.

Initial experience with staff in the store and the design process was very enjoyable and professional. During the initial phase, the staff showed us why you need to go with Wren by showing how strong their cabinets were and how good their panel coating and they are the industry experts in innovations within kitchen industry. We trusted their credentials and bought the kitchen units and appliances on 15 sept 2023. We used our own installers who did a good job of installing kitchen units and appliances.

Within a year (02/09/2024 – order number 44231414) the cabinet panel covering started to peel off. Contacted Wren and they free issued the panel, and I had to find someone to fit it as I didn’t use Wren to install the kitchen. Thought it would be a one-time issue.

But unfortunately, this year (29/11/2025) another panel’s covering came off. Called the customer service and to my surprise the staff was not supportive at all, and mentioned this covering peel off issue is something that usually happens and ordered another panel as free issue. Now I have to find someone and pay more money to fit another panel. At this rate, it would be wise for me to wait another 2-3 years until the rest of the kitchen crumbles or other covering peel offs and phone Wren to free issue everything and then find someone to fit a new kitchen.

I have paid a lot of money for this kitchen hoping it to be issue free with Wren own products but feels like I need to tip toe around this kitchen hoping nothing bad happens next to any other kitchen items. If Wren are true to their claim of industry leading quality products they should supply and replace the faulty items at their own cost.

I would suggest that you either fork out the extra money for Wren to install their fragile kitchen units, so they don’t have any way out of dealing with these issues or look elsewhere and save your money, time and have peace of mind.

Mustafa Ali from the showroom in Berkshire has been such a delightful young man to work with. He has always suggested what will work best for us, and been honest. His ideas are amazing, overall his customer service is amazing. Definitely recommend him to take care of your new kitchen!

I purchased my kitchen from Wren Slough, our designer was Ali Mustafa. It was an excellent service from design to delivery, Ali was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with my purchase, excellent product and excellent service. I highly recommend wren and Ali Mustafa as the designer.

When selling me my 14k kitchen, the Slough branch couldn’t be more helpful, but once there was a problem 6 months later, the customer service was about the worst I have ever come across. Defensive, unwilling to listen, and took no responsibility for placing the wrong appliance in my kitchen, even though the manufacturer Bosch, wrote a report saying as much. Only solution offered was to refund the cost of the unit but wanted me to take out the unit and return, which would have cost me more than I paid for it (using the kitchen fitter) they have no customer service skills or knowledge. I tell everyone to avoid using Wren there are much better companies out there - just as competitive and much more honest.
