Very disappointing customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with Wren Kitchens and the way they have handled a simple £50 customer recommendation voucher.
The relevant conditions have been met, yet months later I am still waiting for the payment.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I have made numerous phone calls and sent emails, and on several occasions I have been told that the payment has been authorised and would be sent. Despite these repeated assurances, I still haven't received it.
At this point, it is not really about the £50 — it is about being repeatedly told that something has been authorised and is being dealt with, only for nothing to happen.
I have been patient and given Wren plenty of opportunities to resolve this, but the lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely disappointing.
I would therefore think twice before recommending Wren to anyone based on my experience of their after-sales customer service.
Wren, I would still like this resolved. Please issue the £50 recommendation payment that you have repeatedly confirmed has been authorised and provide a clear explanation for why it has taken months to receive it.

Will Johnson contacted me ahead of his arrival & was on time. A really nice guy who asked about my plans & explained what he was going to do as well as the next steps to arranging wardrobes for my two bedrooms

P Dyche was friendly and helpful when arriving to measure our kitchen. Answered all our questions and gave us some helpful tips.

Lee Mills came to do the survey and measuring. Really helpful and chatty, very knowledgeable and was able to help answer questions about the process. Next step is design so hopefully that is as good

Friend recommendation.
Several months after receiving our kitchen and many calls and email later, we have still not received our friend recommendation vouchers. We have been past from pillar to post and promised on many occasions that they have been authorised, but still not received anything.

I had a great experience getting my kitchen measured today. S Jeffs was punctual and even called me prior to visiting to let me know his ETA. He explained the process and what I need to do going forward.

Tim Marks came to survey and measure the kitchen. He was very friendly and professional and great communication as to when he would arrive.

Robyn and Neil were Amazing!

Absolutely fantastic service today from Robyn and Neil, polite, friendly service. The communication was excellent and we received prompts to when they would arrive.
Really considerate of our home and ensuring nothing was damaged during the delivery.
Can I say an asset to your company and lovely people.

Well mannered throughout. Thoughtful about removing shoes during his visit. Took time to complete the measuring.

We found Natalie more than helpful, her professional manner and knowledge was only surpassed by her patience and understanding of the situation to which she has resolved with common sense and I have faith that any other hiccups will have a satisfactorily outcome.

I had to call Wren customer services as the vinyl has been separating from the wood on the majority of the doors and frontings to the kitchen I had fitted in 2019. I spoke to Donna who was tremendously helpful, patient and reassuring. Donna arranged a video call (which was made very easy - speaking as someone not particularly tech savvy). This allowed me to visually show her the issues I had. As per their warranty there was no problem replacing the items and I can now look forward to a full set of new frontings and doors. My warranty does not cover fitting, however, due to the extensive nature of the problem with the original kitchen, Donna was able to secure a substantial contribution to the costs of the fitting that will have to be done. Overall, Donna made the experience stress free and easy, I am very grateful for her calm and reassuring manner, I felt throughout that she was genuinely interested in resolving my issue, which she did fully.

Craig Prewer did a great job of the measuring up and was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Things go wrong sometimes, how a company responds is crucial.
Thanks to Customer Services (Honey) for assistance today, timely and effective resolution.
