Very helpful, polite and
The first encounter was a visit to the showroom. Nothing pushy. Second encounter was a visit from Lewis to measure and photograph the kitchen area from which to plan. This was a detailed report including location of existing services etc. Lewis was no trouble to us bur completed the task to precede the next meeting to build a visual model from their planning system.

Telephone call with customer services
I had a telephone call with customer services regarding an issue with my kitchen door handles. I spoke to a representative called Richard. He was so helpful with my issue and resolved it quickly and efficiently. I can’t praise him enough for his customer service.

Fantastic Customer Service
Amanda from Wren Customer care was absolutely fantastic. We discussed my self install query for a venting hob, she consulted the compliance team on my query and resolved it to my satisfaction within the same call. Above and beyond expectations. Could not be happier !

Poor quality
Very good experience in the showroom but it went downhill from there. The majority of my items were damaged inside the boxes despite the box being undamaged. Went to the showroom on the friday to get it rectified as soon as I realised. I was informed there’s not much the showroom can do apart from contact HQ who were closed over the weekend and at 1730 which is ridiculous for those who work office hours. I was then told they could not get me the replacement parts until over a week later despite I had arranged for fitting to be done the following Saturday. They would not even send me the pre built units for the inconvenience caused and hardly an apology. They gave me some compensation which they said was towards fitting costs but then refused to give any money off the actual product. On the phone the gentleman kept sighing when I explained the issues and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction.
Their quality control is clearly poor for over half my carcasses to be damaged and have residue on them. Waiting nearly 2 weeks for a replacement is far from ideal when they advertise themselves as high quality and #1 in the UK.
I would advice avoiding Wren for kitchens after this experience.

I’ve had a surveyor out a few times due to amendments being made as the place was being plastered. Each time it has been a pleasant and straightforward experience. R Barkley was my surveyor.
