BIG WARNING -DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMANY!!!!
I’ve waited nearly a month for my order and it still has not arrived. When I ‘eventually’ get a response to my emails, Natasha & Haley fob me of with excuses and say it will be on an overnight courier but this never happens. You pay enough for a delivery too. They will not answer their phone, They are total incompetence and not fit for purpose. I wish I had taken notice of their reviews before I went ahead with my order. Having had so many excuses and promises yesterday was the last day I was going to wait. I’ve now asked for my money back and I’m going to speak with my bank today. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.

This was the second time I have used this company. I needed a small wood panel but did not have the time, inclination or facilities to buy a larger piece and cuts it down to size. I was able to order exactly what I wanted and get straight on with fitting it when it arrived within a week.

Paid for express delivery and it is still not here 8 days later. I have emailed many times and got no reply - I have also sat on the phone for 25mins with no reply. I wish I had never ordered from them and I should have read the reviews before ordering..

This company is a total nightmare I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for my order. They said on two occasions it was being processed, but I’ve still not received the shipment. After several emails no further forward. Like other people I wish I had read the reviews and would not have ordered the item. Avoid this company at all costs!!

I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering. Placed an order on 3rd April for 3 items - 2 rectangles of plywood and one mdf shelf.

Their website specifies 'Please note at Bank Holidays orders placed after 2.00pm Friday and over the Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.' It is now the 23rd April, it's still not been despatched.

I emailed last Wednesday (15th) to chase up on the order and was fobbed off with the following response:

Good morning,
Thank you for contacting us.
Your order is currently in Quality Control ready to go into Packing.
Once the order is completed we will email you with your tracking details shortly, and I do apologise for the delay.

The order spent a week in 'quality control' and now the status is 'yield' on the website tracking.

I emailed twice to chase this week and have not gotten a response yet.

Update - Monday 27/04/2026
Still hasn't been dispatched despite your response to this review saying it would be despatched today. I sent a WhatsApp message to the number provided below but did not get a response - quick to respond to reviews but not very quick to do anything else.

I have finally received a response to one of my emails this morning:
Good morning,
Thank you for your email.
I do apologise that your order is taking more time than we have estimated. I have issued an urgent notice on this order. This alerts our production team to have the order dispatched as quickly as possible for you and to also notifies them of the delay.
Please wait for a further email from us. We will contact you as soon as we have an update for you.
I trust that the above is satisfactory, however, please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.

This email contradicts what Chris said in the review response (that the order would be sent out today) so I still have no idea when or even if I will receive my order! This company clearly has a communication issue.

Another update - Tuesday 28/04/2026

Got a Whatspp response from Chris saying:
Good morning,
My apologies , this order is being dispatched today. The order will be delivered tomorrow
Can you please message me when the order arrives, an I will process a discount refund to apologise for the delays.

However my order STILL hasn't been dispatched! I chased him up at 4pm as I hasn't had a dispatch email and the order status still says 'yield' but have heard nothing. It is now 25 days since I placed the order. This is completely ridiculous.

FINAL UPDATE
I did finally receive my order on 30th April. I had to chase Chris up again on the 29th as it was not despatched on the 28th as promised.

Chris did say he would refund me 50% of the order value to apologise for the late order.

On 5th May he told me he had refunded 50% of the order. However this didn't arrive. I chased him up and on 18th May the refund was finally processed.

Whilst grateful for the refund I unfortunately will not be using this company again. The amount of chasing required to get a simple order was not reasonable. The order arrived in good condition, but even with the 50% refund I don't feel that it wasn't worth the time or effort required

Couldn’t find any timber merchant or DIY store that could cut me a piece of MDF the size I needed so turned to the internet and found Woodsheets. Ordering was straight forward and the wood was delivered within five working days, well packaged and exactly as I had ordered.

I wish I'd just believed the other reviews but I hoped some of the bad reviews were just blips. Like so many others my order did not arrive on time, and I had to chase multiple times to get it delivered. I was told more than once it would be dispatched and it never was. I was given a tracking number that didn't work and again had to chase when the order did arrive about a day later. But the quality of the product is so poor. I ordered birch ply and paid extra for it to be lacquered. It is not lacquered. The edges are badly cut and splitting. There are marks on the wood. They aren't usable for the purpose for which they were intended. I've contacted someone multiple times about this and had one response and now it's gone silent. Just don't put yourself through ordering from these guys. It's not worth it.

Ordered a sheet of MDF cut to size to replace a broken drawer bottom. It arrived on time and fitted perfectly. I can't fault them at all.

Originally I spoke to a sales person, Ian, he was very helpful over the phone and encouraging about their product quality.
I ordered a large amount birch ply (grade B/BB) on 27 March 2026. I was advised 3-5 days for delivery. This was over Easter so I gave the company the benefit of the doubt given holiday time. I began contacting them to chase my order. I sent multiple emails and was given false delivery dates. I spoke to someone who said that in their terms and conditions they can take upto 30 days for delivery. I received an invalid shipment tracking number. I found a contact number for Chris who assists with online complaints and messaged him. I did not want to post a complaint without trying to resolve firt. He was responsive and few days later my wood has arrived (25 days after ordering) via DX overnight delivery.
The wood is extremely poor quality. The edges are rough cut with splitting into the wood. The corners have been battered. The wood is unfinished and I ordered Matt laquer which has not been completed.
I have tried calling the company numerous times today, unable to get through and have emailed customer service/ contacted Chris with no response.
Do not order from this company.
I wish I had dug deeper into the reviews before ordering from this company.

Update from experience:
I received replacement ply sheets. Unfortunately they were not sut well, chipped sides and the grain was running the incorrect direction. I again spoken with Chris who apologised and agreed to collect order and refund. This process from collection and refund took around 3 weeks.

The communication from Chris and Hayley in customer services has been great but there are some serious issues going on in the workshop and product is terrible quality.

One of the worst companies I have ever bought from. I am still waiting for my order after 5 weeks. I have chased multiple times and they keep saying it’s with the drawing team and someone will check and call me back. No one ever does, the customer service is appalling.

Ordered a sample for wood shelves, sample looked great so I placed a big order for 3 huge boards.

The boards arrived in 3 weeks, not made to spec, low quality wood and not lacquered.

Contacted customer support and they arranged a second set of wood sheets to be made and sent out.

The second set were also not made to spec, not lacquered, and the wood was very low quality with scuff marks and chips. Contacted Customer Support again and its been 2 weeks and they're messing me around ignoring me then saying they'll arrange collection & refund then ignoring me for a week.

They'll take your money, not deliver what you've paid for, and ignore you afterwards.

Having read some bad reviews of this company after I payed for my cut plywood I was a little apprehensive. I decided to collect my order to save on shipping costs as they are not far from me. The unit they operate from is a little rough and ready but I had absolutely no problems with my product. The price was great it was done very quickly and the quality was spot on. Absolutely no complaints from me.

I ordered a sheet of 6mm moisture resistant MDF, measuring over a metre in width and 62 cm in length to patch up a hole left by a broken pane of glass in a kitchen door. I wasn’t too bothered about when it would be delivered , so I just chose the Economy delivery time and it arrived a fortnight later. The product was well packaged and delivered by Yodel in the 2 hour timeframe they’d said it would.

I placed an order 31st March for a single small table top, expecting delivery between 3-7 working days. Received initial order and invoice emails promptly, then nothing!

Customer service emails are unhelpful responses, and always arrive 2 minutes before they close at 5pm, presumably to avoid having to deal with immediate replies. After waiting for 10+ mins on hold during phone calls, they just slam the phone down as soon as it rings, and at any hour of the working day! Appalling behaviour.

Ive needed to constantly chase or escalate things to receive any communication. There is no sign that they have even started this job. It is not the experience clients should have to put up with.

It's all too late for the campervan conversion project now, so today i decided to complete and send the cancellation form before the order enters production and is despatched to save us all expense! Despite their advertised 'cancel' contact address being incorrect on the website (it just bounced back), i managed to get it to a Hayley in Customer Service, for her to just completely ignore it in her reply! Disgraceful!
Update, Hayley emailed me stating they have '30 days contract' to complete the order and will not cancel it. I replied stating i never saw this 30 day clause, nor can i find it on the website, order confirmation or invoice! Had i seen it i would not have ordered it as i need within 10 days. These people are not just incompetent, but possibly outside of consumer law, and i am now going to contact my credit card company for advice. I clearly wont be getting a refund! PLEASE DO NOT REPEAT MY AND MANY OTHER REVIEWERS MISTAKE, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 8 sheets of 3mm mdf for a diy project . Ordered on 05/04/2026 and arrived 15/04/2026. I live in the Outer Hebrides and am grateful to this Company for posting them here as too many won’t. Sheets arrived very well packaged , good quality sheets and exactly what I wanted and ordered. Sizing exact. Will now order more with no concerns whatsoever. I have read the negative reviews but honestly my experience was 100%

I wish i had read the reviews before placing the order. They had the cheek to charge me for express delivery and here i have 2 weeks after placing an order and still waiting. Losing count of how many times i've chased them now

Good quality and price, I ordered 4 custom sized plywood boards. Dispatched quickly - the only thing that lets them down is using yodel who failed to deliver 3 times despite me having to take time off to wait in all day and by the time it arrived I’d had to source elsewhere.

I was desperate for a speedy order as I was short of
prescription medicine. My little Welsh Village has no
shops or Chemists and I was staying in so as not to miss
the delivery. Woodsheets delivered with emergency haste. I am building a model railway track and needed

This is the second time I've sourced a melamine shelf or panel from Woodsheets.com The quality is excellent: much better than I could craft myself. Not cheap, but worth it. It took about 6 days to manufacture them, and about 3 days for the courier (which also isn't cheap) to deliver them. Royal Mail only narrow the delivery time down to 9am - 5pm, so they came while I was in the shower. They left the product on the step in full view of the street. I installed the latest panel today. It's perfect. UPDATE: I didn't take then up on their offer: I happily did a review positive review for their website and then was offered a £5 incentive to copy the review to Trustpilot. I was planning to do that anyway, so I waited to see what would happen. Sure enough, when the above review was published, I received an email with a link to a customer service company. It said that, if I set up and account there, I could claim my £5 Reward. I didn't. 14000123717
