I ordered parts there were delivered…
I ordered parts there were delivered late plus with some items missing .I spoke to someone he was rude( told me that he not the one who ordered I ordered my self thus not his fault its missing)to me throughout the conversation and was not even helpful, i won’t order there again
Delivering times ,more that was is said on the website
I made a claim for the missing part and they made me fill a form to make a direct claim to the delivery company saying that i claim the package was damaged whilst i told them that it was not damage,i received it sealed however only one part missing out if the 5 items I ordered and some items were wrong

Sent me the wrong clutch …
Sent me the wrong clutch even though the picture displayed on the box and on the site is the correct product. I am trying to return the product and it is very difficult. Talking online to a Chat Ai bot. It is speaking Dutch I am speaking English.
Site advertised an express delivery with UPS it took a week to Ireland. Used to be 48hrs max no option to upgrade. Car is sitting on stands in a shed gonna be there for another few days til I source correct parts.
Have bought from winparts before was a great company. Not so happy anymore. Might go elsewhere next time

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, especially as you’ve ordered from us before and had positive experiences before.
We understand that receiving the wrong clutch is very frustrating, particularly when the images shown suggested the correct product. We would like to clarify that the photos on our website are provided as an indication only, as designs and details can vary by manufacturer or production batch. That said, we fully understand that this can be confusing, and we apologise that this led to the wrong part being delivered.
We also regret that returning the item proved difficult, especially due to the language barrier with our chat system. Unfortunately the automatic translator in the chatbot was not working yesterday. We tried to solve this problem as soon as we could.
Regarding delivery, orders to Ireland are shipped from the Netherlands. While we aim for fast delivery, express options and transit times can unfortunately be affected by carrier availability. We understand how disappointing it is to wait a full week, particularly when your car is already off the road and waiting for the correct parts.
We would like to help resolve this as quickly as possible. Please contact us via reviews@winparts.nl with your order number and complaint and we will help you with the return and find the correct clutch.

Easy to order, cheap delivery and a great variety of brands. I’m very happy with all my products and delivered with care by UPS.
I was recommended this site by my brother, I will definitely be ordering again and will recommend it to others.

Delivery took too long
Delivery took too long. Package got lost in UPS system even though they should have had all my address details as they were printed on the package. I only used winparts this time because delivery is quicker than Auto-doc. 10 days delivery is disappointing.

Supplies company with no stock!!
Ordered a single spark and a litre of oil for a Yamaha, very common items and was told it would be over 2 weeks before my order would be dispatched ! As a company that supplies parts to have no stock of common items is beyond laughable, so I cancelled my order and purchased elsewhere.

You are not in Ireland and shipped a LHD product!
You are not in Ireland. This is disappointing and misleading. The parcel came from the Netherlands.
Well this is worse than expected!. Now the A979S wiper blades are not for RHD vehicles so I need to replace them with LHD equivalent. This things really matter.
