I had an excellent experience with WindowEStore from start to finish. I ordered two custom replacement windows — a large picture window and a smaller double hung. The ordering process was straightforward, and the website made it easy to configure exactly what I needed.

They make the process smooth and easy. The instructions on their website are crystal clear. I also appreciate the confirmation of the order and how the measurements were taken prior to manufacturing. This was my second time using them and I'll continue until I'm done with my house upgrades. The first set of windows installed perfectly following their measurement guidelines. The price and value for the windows is on par, if not better, than you find from other retailers. If you are an advanced DIYer or handyman, this should be your source for windows.

My experience with their customer service was excellent. Response times were quick, whether by phone or callback, and all of my questions were resolved to my complete satisfaction. the customer service on the front end…
the customer service on the front end was impeccable. Lots of help with measuring , even live support over the phone.
was surprised tho that after ensuring the measurements were perfect, the height of the glass of the window was shorter than i expected. the overall frame of the window fit well, but the glass height was shorter.

Thanks so much for the great review! Yes its a good idea to remember that depending on what style of window you order the perimeter frame will be between 1 1/2" to 2" wide on top bottom and sides. So if you order a picture window that is 60"w x 60"h the actual glass would be approximately 58 1/2"w x 58 1/2"h. Not only is the glass super energy efficient but the frame is too!
