Sash window replacement success
Clear details of costings, materials and installation requirements were provided and the installation went ahead with a minimum of fuss; floor coverings and final dust removal were well executed and a follow up visit to free up the sash window occurred without question. I would certainly use this company again.

Very impressed with this company, from start to finish the experience was easy , professional & excellent quality.
My project & installation team communicated regularly, the guys on site managing the sash replacements were friendly, considerate & delivered an impeccable finish.
Not a cheap product, but you get what you pay for & I am over the moon with my new windows. Would thoroughly recommend!

Very Professional
From initial visit, quotation and completion this was a very smooth job. It was unquestionably a difficult 4th floor window replacement and our installer, Constantine, was a multi-skilled professional who just got on with it, where others might have balked. Lovely windows as promised.

Beautiful quality windows and door. Ordering process and pre-installation contact efficient and responsive. Installer very nice, polite and tidied up well. Only misses 5 stars because of untidy paint retouching (recommend asking SJB not to retouch edges of windows and just do these yourself with masking tape later).

Very professional service
I had a great experience with SJB replacing wooden 3-bay sash windows. The whole process was efficient and professional from sales through to survey and installation. I found the team very helpful and pleasant to deal with (answering all my many questions with patience!). The installation went smoothly with very little mess and the windows look great.

Excellent experience
We had PVC replacements of both sash and casement windows fitted. The fitters (Cydrell and Dominic) were extremely professional and worked rapidly finishing the whole house within a week. The disruption during fitting and retouch painting needed afterwards was much less than expected. The new windows look great!
