Hello Sophie,
Thank you for your feedback and I hope you are well.
I’m very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your disappointment. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
I’ve looked into this for you and can see that the original delivery attempt was unfortunately unsuccessful. We did also get in touch to request some further information to help the driver locate the address and ensure the order could be delivered successfully.
I can see that your order was dispatched again yesterday and we do hope you are pleased with your order once this arrives.
Should you wish to discuss the matter further, please kindly respond to the email we have sent across to you.
Kind regards,
Sky
Really nice products and great service
Items we chose look great - minimal build at this end and all tools provided. Quality seems very good and the items look better in real life to web images. Management of the delivery was excellent and we were diligently informed about the delivery from despatch to arrival by the driver. WhatsApp details also shared if we had any questions during transit - all good

Good, not outstanding
Great design lovely statement piece however arrived slightly damaged, WW was able to exchange it for a new mirror which had a few minor cosmetic defects but was of no additional cost to us. Good product, shipping and customer support, expected damages and imperfections when working with soft woods.

A statement piece that completely transforms our room
Even better in person than on the website, which I didn't think was possible! The dark wood base has the most beautiful rich tone and the natural marble top is truly stunning, every piece is unique. Absolutely in love with this!
